This lady Named Alice refused to sell me alcohol even though I showed her a legal Texas Id she didn’t even bother to see my id i find this really racist and this is the second time she does this. I took a video of how she acted and what she said. And when i asked her managers information she refused to answer i had to insist for this information. bad customer service please find someone else.

Worst place to fill up your gas tank. The female cashier not only looks like she’s on drugs, but she also acts like it. I pulled up to a gas pump and she had already put someone’s money in it. If I wanted to, I could have filled up with somebody else’s money, but instead I went inside and told her that I had not paid yet and there was already money on it. She said are you sure it’s not yours? She was clueless AF. I told her no and she had me move to another pump and she put my money in the other pump. Someone pulled into that pump so I told her. Instead of waiting for me to park first, she just kept switching me from pump to pump, but people kept driving into those pumps so I went inside and told her just to cancel the entire thing. She said OK. I asked her if I was going to get charged anyway and she said no, but she still looked clueless AF and kept looking around. Checked my bank statement and I indeed got charged. Hire better people not junkies that can’t run a cash register!!!!!!

I visited seconds ago and I felt very humiliated because the clerk who helped me, Seana, treated me very badly because I felt humiliated until the moment I felt that she made fun of me for not speaking English. They shouldn't have someone with such a bad character.

This Gas is always higher than any other Kent kwik in the area. Just drive 1.5 miles north to the Kent Kwik across the street from HEB and you’ll get a better price for the same gas

Ever. Single. Time. I come to this gas station they run out of Gas or their pumps stop working. Seriously, get it together. It’s not that hard to get maintenance out and solve the problem. #Wack.
