The lady there hit a nerve that shot pain down my arm to my thumb and when I let her know that I had that pain and tingling all she said was that she didn’t feel like she had hit anything and that I would be alright. I called customer service a few days later because i had limited movement in my arm and they stated someone would call me within 48 hours and I didn’t get a call back. A whole other week passed by and I called once again because the tingling is still there and again was told I would get a call back and yet no call back. Unfortunately in the small town I live in they are the only lab and don’t have a choice but to use them. Not a good experience and a worst experience with management.

The Lapcorp on 420 E 6th street Odessa is just too awesome . I went in there with my wife last week and today again to have our blood work done Rebecca Sanchez was so professional and she made the whole experience so easy and relaxed for us on both occasions . Thank you !!

The only person working at this location was fast and efficient. I got there at 9:10am with 2 other people already I'm the waiting room. Checked in at the kiosk, was called back, gave my urine sample for a pre-employment test and was walking out the door at 9:20. That's right, 10 minutes is all it took!
