The service department advisor ( Kristine )was awesome. The wait time was very effective especially for me coming in from out of town for service. The people were friendly and courteous that I came in contact with.

It’s pretty sad when a 87 yr old tells the representative that she wants a small vehicle not too expensive because she’s on Social Security they give her an expensive vehicle with the higher payment and when she gets her contract they add Extras after they were told not too. That is where I’ve always bought my vehicles, but never angain and my family and friends are aware of it as well.

Vehicle we bought from Lithia Hyndai we had to take in because it developed a loud noise, similar to a leaky exhaust. We only had the vehicle approximately 3 months and had purchased the top tier warranty. Lithia Hyundai had my vehicle for over 2 weeks, poor communication, I was always told they were working short. Finally got vehicle back only to be told they didn't find anything wrong. Currently it is at the honda dealer, part of the catalytic converter/exhaust broke at the weld. It literally took honda dealer about 30 minutes to diagnose. Sad because I was willing to pay off lithia would have fixed it. Never again. I just threw thousands of dollars away on a useless warranty.

The blonde lady that works in the servicing dept is amazing! So helpful when I picked up my car. Service is excellent and she is the icing on the cake

This location needs to have more than just one guy doing all of the oil changes. This is the reason it takes 2 to 3 hours and that is ridiculous

Hyundai does not respond to warranty on its engines, engines with only 30 thousand miles suffer from overheating or destruction of their internal parts. I took my vehicle in and they denied the warranty. I will never buy from this horrible brand again.
