The parts department is incredibly rude, condenseding, has a sarcastic tone of voice, and transfers you to a different department while you're in the middle of a sentence. Disgusting customer service. Don't let that guy answer the phones anymore.

Take your money to Gene Messer. Purchased my car was promised in two weeks I received it in almost 2 months. I found out the car I was getting had a recall and called my salesman to ask if mine had it to know if it was going to be longer said no I asked 3 times. My car came in and it had a recall that I asked about. Airbag light was on since I had it. Had my car for 6 months and got my first oil change at lithia because of all the issues when getting my car they provided me with 3 free oil changes. That is when everything started going wrong after this oil change on occasion would get the low oil pressure light and they could not get me in to fix it for 2 months! Gene Messer in Lubbock got me in the sae week when they discovered my car had 2 quarts over the oil needed so my entire engine had to be replaced. I call Lithia to tell them what happened and no one will take my calls I sent multiple emails to the GM and nothing. I got a message from a salesman there asking how my car was I let him know what happened and he never responded. Now I am trying to get my GAP insurance refunded as it was paid off early and no one will answer my call. Gene Messer is 100x better they had a survey to fill out that goes straight to corporate and Lithia has no such thing. Lithia in Odessa -Worst Dealership there is.

Once you pay for the vehicle, they do not care one bit. Only the second time I drove the vehicle and went through a puddle, and the thing started fusing and could not put it in neutral. Contacted the dealership since I was still supposed to have the warranty if there was any problems.
And what do they tell me that I need to get with my insurance. they won’t help in any way. Because I just barely put the insurance on that new vehicle my insurance can see that it is on the dealership to deal with it and now apparently my sales person can’t take my calls. Huge low blow from these guys! Make sure you bring somebody with that knows about the vehicle when buying from them so that you won’t have to go by their word of them saying that they give 30 day warranty if somethings not good with the vehicle. I am in the process right now of needing them to keep their word and they are refusing to.

Y’all ought to be a shame giving keys to someone else vehicle .. I hope nobody ever buys from y’all .. everyone be aware of these people they gave keys to someone else’s vehicle now they won’t file a police report !!!!

Warning... if you buy a new car from here, you will get the joy of them constantly calling you to try and harass you to trade it in THE VERY NEXT YEAR! I don't know how many times that I have politely told them that I am VERY happy with my current vehicle and I'm not interested, but the calls and texts KEEP COMING! It's very intrusive and comes off as desperate.

Johnny, the salesman that helped me out was very professional and down to earth. Always helpful and I didn't feel pressured in any way. The staff at lithia Hyundai in Odessa are so top notch and nice people!

On June 28 2024 I drove from Montana to Texas to purchase a 2020 Pacifica from them . I was told the vehicle had passed all inspection and was good to go .On my travels back to work in North Dakota I started losing air in my front tire. I stopped and decided to just replace the tires on the front as I am 64 years old and didn’t want to end up on the side of the road .The tire locks were not included as they should have been so I had to have them burnt off . 1237.00 later I had two new tires . I then found out 2 Motor Mounts trywerethruckbad but couldn’t find out who my extended ruck ry was through as they didn’t give me the paperwork for the van .The same night I purchased my vanthey advised me to keep my 2020 Nissan Frontier in the secure lot in the back . Terry assured me they would try to sell it for me or I could come back for it when my work project ended . Terry gave my keys to a man he knew without my permission a copy of the man’s license and phone number and said this is between you two now . I told Terry to have it returned he refused and now my truck is stolen and they won’t help get it back

First time buy a car from a car lot but I don't get help I pay too much for this car I had ask specifically to get me a car on my budget instead I get a more higher price car that has no air and I am about to have my baby in 5 days. I don't know what this manager is talking about me being happy NO I AM NOT HAPPY I PRACTICALLY GOT BURNT!!! The only person who would help is Richard. Really looking to the cars that are used...

I have had issues with my vehicle and it seems that Hyundai can't even put some car lug nuts or bolts back on correctly on my vehicle. I had loose lug nuts and loose bolts underneath my car. They had replaced my engine and I still had my engine light turn on and they said they couldn't do anything they did all they could to fix my vehicle. The best choice is to get a brand new vehicle. Ridiculous! Like if I'm made out of money to even get a brand new car. I could have had an accident with loose lug nuts and loose bolts from underneath my car. They call themselves professionals, & I can't see how.
