An experience worth your read. A precarious situation had befallen my vehicle & I. I called into Lithia & was able to explain my situation to Kristine. From the beginning she absolutely took charge & understood my predicament fully. She pulled so many strings to get everything done for me promptly. I actually am still amazed that I received such incredible service as an average customer! Her technician Juan, also did an amazing job. There’s no other person who can take care of a vehicle this good imo. I give her 10’s on each point of evaluation. Far better service than I deserved! As well, superb professionalism, though I was frantic at the situation in hand. So thank you again, Kristine for the amazing effort I so didn’t deserve.

Bought my Santa Fe on 10-31…here it is 11-12 and I get a notice from my Jeep (trade in vehicle) that I need to make a payment. Almost 2 weeks later and they haven’t paid off my trade in vehicle. Left wires hanging out when they pulled off their inventory tracker device that I had to take it back the weekend after buying it to have wires tucked away and put back properly. Vulgar and inappropriate language used by other sales guys that it made me feel like I was in a hostile environment.

I just dropped off our vehicle we bought brand new last year, it is having transmission issues. They tell me it could be up to 3 months to get parts to fix. They have no loaners so now they think its ok that I rent a vehicle for the next 3 months, right before christmas. So I am expected to put up to $6000 in a rental right before christmas, or walk. Poor communication, did not bother to look and see if my service contract included rental costs, not willing to see what they could do to help. Not a great experience so far.

My experience buying my FIRST car was so horrible!! its been two months and still having problems with them ! Theodore was horrible to work with , the financing guy quit in the middle of us getting the car we still havent been able to get them to send in the paperwork for us to get our tags like ? Absolutely would not recommend!! Tried to complain and just get everything sorted out and was just put off constantly so over it !

I was not pleased with the customer service here nor will I be returning. I bought a new vehicle just last month and decided to come here for my first servicing. First, the service center don't answer their phones timely. On hold twice for 15 mins each. I finally had to contact sales to get any person on the phone. Also my headlights weren't working well either. I arrived at 7am and they don't open til 8 despite the signs on the door. I was a walk-in appt. They were going to charge me full price for my first service and to run diagnostics on my car. I refused to pay anything more since my car is brand new. They also told me to take my car back to my dealership--I drove the 6.5hrs back to my dealership and had my car looked at for headlight repairs for free. The two positives was the guy from sales who directly spoke to me and had my questions answered to his best. The service lady did call and look up my account for me to see what repairs were covered under my plan.

I took my 2022 Kona in for its regular service and talked with Sio in finance. She was my salesperson when I purchased it in November of 2021. I started talking to her about trading it in on a bigger suv and she took me out to show me a new 2023 Santa Fe and then showed me a certified Chevrolet suv. Same size and it was no question the Santa Fe was the Best Buy and with full warranty you can’t beat. Sio had the deal made and finalized very quickly. Jjohnny in sales manager was amazing in getting me a fantastic interest rate and sealing the deal. Customer service is amazing and service as well. I would recommend the dealership and staff any day.

I made an appointment for service for today, Sept. 4th at 2pm. I confirmed the appointment last week and even ensured the part was ordered. The girl at the service counter assured me the part would be there, and the service would be done on Sept. 4, 2023. I live in Alpine, Texas, so drove 2 1/2 hours one way to the dealership in Odessa for this service. However, when I arrived, there was a sign on the door: PARTS AND SERVICE CLOSED FOR LABOR DAY. I am a most unhappy customer, having wasted a tank and a half of gas ($60+) and 5 hours driving. I think the service department should have checked their schedule and contacted customers who were scheduled for the holiday to change those appointments.

My vehicle was taken to this location on a warranty pick up because my transmission had some issues, when it arrived a woman in the service department named Ashley asked for the code the mechanic got when he ran a diagnostic to make things "go a little quicker." Of course, I call that following wednesday and am told that they were short staffed and it would be a week before anyone could even LOOK at my vehicle. I have called numerous times and always seem to get the voicemail instead of an actual person. To make matters worse, it's my only form of transportation and they don't have a loaner vehicle, nor did they give me an option to get a loaner while my car is there under a warranty. Absolutely terrible service all around. I'll be lucky if I even get my car back before the end of the month.

worst experience I've ever had. I went in to test drive a car while agter test driving it I said I wanted it when they tell me we act sold it while you were driving it but we're getting one just like this in. first it was not anything like it second it took almost 2 months for them to get it so I had to wait past the day they told me and it kept changing I asked if my car had a recall multiple times was told no when my car came it what did it have? a recall so to "make up for it" they gave me "free" oil changes. Got my first oil change mind you only had the car for 5 months at this point after my oil change started occasionally getting low oil pressure light took my car to gene messer to get looked at cause Lithia could not get me in for almost 2 months. when I am told I have 2 QUARTS over the oil it needed. needless to say I have to get my entire engine replaced and am still without a car cause you guessed it a part is on back order. have tried calling Lithia and emailing them about this problem and no one will return my calls.

Possibly the worst dealership in the entire nation. Their service department is a joke.Edit: Look at the bad service reviews on here and on other review pages. Complaints fall on deaf ears because clearly you guys dont care or else these joke of service advisors wouldnt still be employed there.I just needed to warn people who actually take the time to research before buying. Do yourselves a favor and stay away. The salesman are the nicest people but as soon as you buy the car and need service, they fail miserably.Expect your advisors to NEVER return your call. They don't care about you. I truly believe my race has something to do with the way I was treated here.

The service department at this dealership is TERRIBLE. They don't honor scheduled appointments, won't answer the phone, refuse to communicate effectively about recalls and repairs for the car. We have encountered issues on three separate occasions with the service department over the last two years. We will be getting rid of this car and looking for a dealership that actually cares.
