Nice truck parking but the restroom was very nasty, didn’t really see no one cleaning the restroom, also the shower room was pealing from the ceiling, needs to be repainted.

I came here to get a document printed out. I asked the the cashier if I could i get something printed out They said yes, and to just email it well after I sent the email, I was told that it would be between five to ten minutes just for them to receive it, which I think is borderline ridiculous so I decided to go use the bathroom while I waited well when I walked in I immediately got a strong odor of urine. The floors were disgusting. All the trash was overflowing and when I walked into one of the stalls,I nearly fell because the pipe on the toilet was leaking All over the place. I was so disgusted i decided just to go wait for my document. When I walked back up to the counter, the cashier, Sophia was too busy talking on her phone to pay attention to me. While I was standing at the counter, she started helping other customers that were at a different register even though I was clearly there before them though if she would have been paying attention, she would have seen me and even while helping the other customers, she was more concerned with who she was speaking to on the phone and then what the customers needed. I eventually got my document and paid just overall extremely disappointed with this location. I previously was employed with loves at a different location, which is why I even brought my business here to this one but after my experience tonight ill gladly take my elsewhere that isn't filthy like this store and with cashiers that aren't unprofessional. The motto for loves is literally clean places. Friendly faces. But apparently this location didn't get the memo. Seriously wish I could leave zero stars.

I was here for a ten hour break. I let the female manager know that the men's room was nasty. All the trash was overflowing. Toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor. In and out of the stalls. I went back in hours later to use the restroom. Nothong was cleaned. This was Sunday, 5-4-25, about 1 pm. The good news here is I went to McDonald's after this. Waited about fifteen minutes for my value meal. I watched them give every customer double drinks. The cashier hands the customer a cup. Then when people got their bag of food. There was another cup in the bag! I was also lucky enough to get this buy one get one free deal on drinks too. They're either having a sale or they have no clue what they're doing! I'll let you decide!

So often I get the impression that drivers leave bad reviews about truck stops located in cities because they want to steer the OTR drivers away saving parking availability for themselves.
The reviews I read were mostly about how nasty this location is.
Seems the evidence proves the reviews are accurate for this location.
And there will be the typical management response about how they strive for customer satisfaction blah blah blah.
Doesn't mean a thing.
Nasty bathrooms with little or no toilet paper which was sorely needed after my McDonald's meal that emptied my system after 5 rounds on the porcelain throne.
Local Loves manager: you will never sell me any fuel so long as this persists. I don't need a blah blah response, I need you to do your job which is to manage your employees and make sure they are properly serving the customers who pays your bills.

Nasty and omg. Woman's bathroom, sanitary napkins on the floor, piles of tp on the floor and a gross moldy section of water between the stall and sink, clearly store needs a manager who knows how to keep it clean. Worst in my travels from Oregon to Texas this week

This is one of the worst love's travel stops I have ever been. The bathrooms are nasty. Parking lot trashy. The shower wasn't even cleaned after we paid. Still had dirty towels and had to wait for it to be cleaned. The service people are lazy and do not even try to change a light bulb on ur semi. They will have you trespassed and they don't care if you just bought 500 dollars worth of fuel. I am scared for my safety at this truck stop. The are rude to truckers here. Please do yourself a favor and do not stop here. You will thank me later for the warning ⚠️ they was going to trespass me and that's jail in Texas for working on my maintenance on truck. I tried to stop by shop twice before I proceeded and nobody around. About time I was done the roll up by me with attitude and threatening me with jail time. Do not stop here. Not trucker safe.
