In the past few months , i've spent between five and six thousand dollars on materials and supplies from Lowe's. Today I went to return to s-hooks a total of about fourteen dollars. I paid cash for these. When I went to return these , I could not find a receipt and could not find a receipt and The person working the returns counter said they could not take take them back, even though they were pro source , which is lowe's brand. I will now be doing all my shopping at Home Depot or Mccoy's. Congratulation Lowes, you've lost several thousand dollars in upcoming sales over fourteen dollars and a receipt.

Came in to pickup a refrigerator and I had to 1 hour and 45 minutes for someone to get it out of the back and get loaded up what aj joke.

Had an amazing experience with a young man named Austin, very kind man, definitely did what ever he could do to help me make my time there easier at the store and you literally never find that anywhere you go anymore! He helped with stuff that wasn't even in his department and finding it for me! Definitely made my experience there worth the trip and Definitely will be doing more shopping here because of this experience! And i had a bad one in the past! Thank you Austin! Definitely dont judge a store by one employee! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Always easy at Lowes.
People are nice.Have been really ready to help.I'm a little bit older, and I need their help, you know, instead of walking around that warehouse.So they go and take me to what I need.And that's a blessing where I would send my family and friends there.

Fire Willie !!! He was rude and disrespectful!!! I don’t understand how you can have people like this working there. We were asking simple questions and he got annoyed yawned yelled and disrespected us please!! Please !!! Do Odessa the favor and let him go!!! I guarantee you there is someone else who wants his job and will have a better attitude. Customer service is not easy but he made it 100x worst to try to communicate with.

Lowes has what no one else has. Snow fence. Home Depot wanted $117 for 50 feet. Lowe's wanted $89 for 50 feet. A huge difference.
For the homeowner Lowe's is the best and so pleasant to ge in the store. Gotta watch out, I easily can break my saving in that store lol. Love it!

This is extremely ridiculous. I made a purchase of over $2,000. I was offered 1 year interest free. 1st problem I had they charged me a later fee for paying my monthly payment way to early. (No joke). I gave a payment at the beginning of July for the month of July than gave another payment at the end of July to cover August. I was charged a later fee because they said that confused them,they didn’t know it was for August. 2nd problem, after 6 months they charged me $277 of interest because they never gave me the 1 year interest free. They said even if I was offered 1 year interest free I would have to call them and confirm that it was given to me. Really?!? Now you have to babysit them to make sure they do their job right. 😡 RIDICULOUSSSS!!!!
