I just want to say Lowe's themselves are great. But the contractors that are used to do these jobs can be iffy. I'm upset because I saved for a few years just so I can get the flooring done in my house. When it came to Lowe's, we got the carpet done. They had the better deal. A company called Service Pros is who came out and installed our carpet. We were emptying out the guest bedrooms to paint and replace some hardware/outlets and what not, when we noticed how loose the carpet is all over the rooms. Especially by the transition strips. Contacted the 3rd party company that installed and they said I'm past the 1 year warranty window. Today is the 13th and I had it installed on the 8th of last year. I'm more upset that they didn't even try to offer to fix (which we would pay). That was that. Lowe's does need to consider who they have doing the work for them. I'm sure people have had worse experiences but now I have to find someone that will fix the job that wasn't done right. Yall do your research before agreeing to these installs.

I ordered online and it wasn't supposed to come assembled, but it did and one of the wheels was missing 3 screws It almost caused an accident, but everything else was great ,service

I recently went to this Lowes in Odessa, Texas . After looking it up online, they show that They have 11 in stock . Asked 3 people that work there for help with no help . So I go and talk to customer service and they confirm that they had 11 in stock . Then they told me that I would have to order it online and then they would find me one ! And it would be 3 hour for pick up if I ordered it online .

This place has always had notoriously bad customer service but Deb in paint was a perfect example of why this Lowes is so bad. Nasty and condescending attitude and couldn’t answer any paint questions. I keep going here because of its convenient location but not anymore.

Lowe's, where you're treated like a criminal from the time you pull into the parking lot. The worst part about the shopping experience is checkout. This lady completing invades your personal space as you checkout and pay for your items. Granted, she does this to everyone, but I swear she's trying to get my pin number on my debit card. Come on lowes, you can do better than this. Stop making people uncomfortable with the cameras in their faces at checkout and creeping everyone out.
P.S. Your loud speaker in the parking lot makes it feel like some sort of prison camp.

They had what I needed here but, every time I go here they are always reluctant to give me my purchase; because last time I went over, I tried helping my aunt, and we waited for close to two hours trying to get a response on whether my aunt's laundry machine was ready for pickup(because the website said it was available) but they brushed us off and said to try coming back tomorrow; after two hours of trying to get an answer
