Kayla Munoz is the best. 4:45 Friday evening called needing to add a car to my policy. She was getting ready to close. We were trying to add the car and it kept giving us an error message. She tried everything she could to fix it once we figured it out and got everything paid and taken care of. We still couldn’t see that the car was added. 5:20 kayla still in office trying to make sure that we could get this car added because we needed to add insurance to it. She tried calling the company she couldn’t get the company she was like because their closed. She stated that she would take her laptop so that she could work on it on Saturday. Not thinking to check at 11:45 Saturday she text me and let me know that the car had been added and had emailed me my insurance cards to say go above and beyond. I would say she did more thank you Kayla Nationsplan on sixth 6th St., Odessa, TX.

TERRIBLE!!! One minute I have insurance next 2 weeks it's cancelled because they don't know they policies...tried talking to Jennifer got run around soo talked to Kayla got the run around been whole month and haven't gotten my money back!! After calling insurance place they said Kayla barely put request for my money to be returned to me soo another 15-20 days to wait...asked for Corporate number and there is NOO NUMBER juss have to say talking to her being rude Can't Never get a hold of her she says she gonna get back to u but doesn't til u call every day for 3 days straight to finally get a hold of her. She leaves before closing at 5. Spanish lady knows NOOO ENGLISH or Knows Nothing when u asks her questions about anything juss to call back in morning because their closed at 4 when Kayla leaves.

I called into the office and spoke with Natalie. She was extremley helpful and easy to talk to. She took the time to really listen and help find a solution to our needs. Finding the information was a little tricky and she patiently searched for us. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for efficeint and solution oriented staff.
