Customers beware their staff misinforms the boss in turn creating this hostel environment for customers please be advised anyone looking to hire them i was fixing to request a civil standby by law enforcement to hold them accountable they missed on all accounts really disappointed i entrusted these people to correct my issue and they're trying to say my amp wasn't working wen the problem was a loose connection i tried telling the boss but didnt believe me by insulting my integrity and asking his shop hand who confirmed wat I was saying all along the young lady in the front didnt help the case either by making up claims I refused to pay not the case at all

I have used NS customs for lifts and tires before and never had an issue. I went in one day to get filters and through conversation found out he works on diesel trucks. My truck was getting CP3 conversion, injectors and turbo installed on my LML Duramax and they kept telling me it was electrical now and they did there part. My truck had been a shop for 5 months. The owner Sergio went above and beyond and went and told them what they were doing wrong. I got it out of that shop the truck was still not right. Took it to Sergio and he got the truck to run really good! NS Customs has always done good work for me. But this time NS Customs (Sergio) went above and beyond because he stopped what he was doing to go tell them what the issue was! Thank You!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, I had them install 2, L7 12” Kickers. I don’t know what they did but now my back windows don’t work, my rear seat heaters don’t work, all the outlets and usb ports in my truck now don’t work and his claim is that all those items have nothing to do with with the audio installation. However, before I took my truck in, EVERYTHING worked. So I don’t know what they hell they did. Also, my radio will go into a low volume mode randomly thru out the day. I don’t think they hooked it up right or what’s going on.

Poor customer service. They lie. Never answer the phone. My bf will be picking his truck up and finishing whatever they haven't finished because of how much of a headache it has been.

Words People Better, they will tell you one thing and it’s definitely another. They tell you the cost $800 and then it wind up costing you 1600. I do not trust anybody up there at this shop. I have learned my lesson by dealing with these unprofessional people. I have called several times and they say they will call you back and they never call you back, unbelievable people are bad people. But me and my better half will never go to these people ever again and I will tell everybody not to go to these people because how unprofessional they actually are… even got into it with the owner. Basically what I’m saying is they suck as a business so if I were you, I would definitely stay away from this company. Because if you don’t, you will be kicking yourself in the butt I promise you that…. And I’m very disappointed in the way they treated me and my better half. But a lesson has been learned.

Went in to buy an intake, he ended up charging me for what he told me, avoid this place, could’ve order it online an American trucks instead.

I got a T-Style install here that was supposed to cost 2000 plus 350 install plus taxes I end up paying olmose 3k came the next day to get the money back and they say he was gonna call progressive 2 weeks later I hear nothing from theme so I came back and the guy that is supposed to give me the money back told one of the helper I can wait i waited 1 hr for him to get my money back took him only 5 min to do it I WILL NOT COME BACK HERE

(Got to office and the 2 customers in front of me were also there complaining about bad jobs done by them!! The owner, serguio gave bad customer servise not taking responsibility on their bad work) Came here to get my truck fix, months later check their work and they did it wrong, was leaking and did lazy installation, brought it so they could fix their bad job, and still charging for their bad work
