One of the employees behind the front desk was very rude to me. As soon as I showed up she put on a RBF and acted terribly towards me the entire time. She walked off for a minute, came back laughing with a big smile on her face, then put on her RBF again. It felt very discriminatory to me.

I had a book printed and bound for which I was charged $75. All the chapters were backwards, the pages within each chapter were backwards and there was a missing chapter. I should have known this was going to be a problem when she asked me ware to put the index.

Went in to get a photo copy of a document and was sent to “self serve”. Didn’t know how to work the machine and asked for help 4 times. Employees didn’t want to help and I was just told “switch it to tray 4”. I don’t know what that means, that’s why I’ve asked for help 4 times. Awful and lazy employees.

I went in to send off some paperwork and I had Aimara help me with sending everything off. She was very attentive, helpful, made sure to help until the end. I've done this several times at this store and i also go in often for things I need. I've never had this kind of 5 STAR service here. Thank you so much Aimara great job!!!

What's the point of having 4-5 employees on the clock when NONE of them are on the floor? All of them were in the back of the store in an employee only area sitting around not doing their job. I try to shop local when I can but I'll stick with amazon

Thanks Office Depot for helping out employee in the back that watch my kid your awesome for offering to help its not even part of your job but didn’t hesitate to ask if I needed the help. Place has all the items I’m always missing at home.

Ordered 2 chairs for office but only had one in stock at the Odessa store. Manuel went to Midland during his lunch break, picked up the chair, and delivered it to our office. That’s what I call customer service!! Thank you Manuel!!

A man did not want to assist me and was very rude to me because he only speaks Spanish, he yelled at me and told me that he could not assist me, it was very rude of him, I understand that we have to speak English but it does not give them the right to treat us badly and they I imagine how many people have gone through the same thing in this store with this man but I am going to complain to the official office of this store
