Terrible. This used to be such a cool place to take kids , now either the machines aren’t working or the flavors are mixed . Employees never know what’s going on. Where is management? Look elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting- the teen at the register added a tip on my card without asking! I get home to see my account is completely wiped of the funds I had on that card. I called 5 times and no one answered, so I called the midland location and the girl said she would call the owner and get back to me. Never did. I’m pissed.

just left orange leaf not too long ago & got me & shordy a lil treat when the rude girl working the late shift today had a nasty attitude when i asked if they had any strawberries but the young man who was working with her insisted they did but she then continued to deny my request ,the young man there was very professional but the girl in there needs an attitude check!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:(?????

Just awful honestly. Absolutely filthy, toppings and dried froyo smashed all over the floor, tables trashed and not wiped off, half the machines didn’t work and the ones that did the product was nearly melted. Toppings are never stocked outside umbrellas are broken and ripped and hanging to the floor. Went there a few weeks ago and there were two teenage girls working that were sat on the back counter on their phones and ignored us the entire time. Asked them a question twice and no answer finally got their attention by literally waving my hand in the air and then was met with a disgusted look. Every time my son wants Orange Leaf I litterally will drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to a different location because he loves it so much but this location is horrible. Have been there twice because I thought the first time maybe I had just gone on a busy day and they hadn’t had time to clean up. I will never return. Do not waste your money here.

Store is messy, food everywhere ice cream machines not working, trash can is over filled to the top, and the workers just on the phone not doing anything. Both employees stated they were 'bored'. The store a disaster!!!

All machines were broken, kids where whipping the noses and then grabbing toppings with there hands, and the people in the front took forever to get off their phones and where really rude when they did.

Wednesday 3-1-23 4:45pm. About 4 customers in the store dirty tables,candy bar was messy while one employee ate her large cup of froyo near food area & the outher sat and relaxed...

This location has really gone down hill. Half the yogurt dispensers don't function properly. The toppings are also now self-serve which is pretty disgusting because I saw twice during my visit, people licking their fingers and proceeding to touch the serving spoon.

Lady working at 3pm on Dec 28th was super rude, the lady in front of ne asked for a spoon because they were empty, she threw a fit. My husband wanted a smoothie she lied saying there was nothing available to make it, then refused to give whipped cream saying it's company policy not to. Will not be back

Machines are all broken and dirty. The floor was really sticky when I went and the frozen yogurt was really watery.
