Was left waiting to be assisted. All I wanted to do is recycle my oil. An associate there said that the people at the counter would help me with it.No one ever did.

Put u on hold and after 10min I arrive and walk in and only 1person helping counter and 2 other females flirting with a guy at counter that is just thier to chat no a customer and waiting to get help 10min in thier must be a west tx thing.

Manager at this location Jordan had me special order the wrong item after showing her pictures of what I needed, I after finding out it was the wrong item within 30 minutes was returned my money but not the shipping cost which I was explained why and fully understand, there should have been some kind if reimbursement for the shipping costs due to it was her mistake telling me it was the correct part item after I showed her the picture of what I needed and then I was told that I wasn't forced to order it, definitely the last time shopping at O'Reillys after decades of purchasing from here, should gave gone to Autozone where the workers have knowledge of parts and not just on computer
