“Went in for our parents, I had to get rope with my coworker/sister. As two young women that don’t really know anything about tractor supply, our first time we went, we needed help so we asked a young man with long hair, his name is James. He helped us and was very sweet. He also helped us check out. For our first time ever going to Tractor Supply, James was a lot of help. So if you go to Tractor Supply, I would definitely recommend asking for James. He was very helpful.”
“Made an awesome plant aquarium for my beta! Every plant I bought looks great and are doing well! I really love the 3 gallon tank, it has its own water pump built in and the lights are good. The plants I have in the tank are 1 El Niño fern, 1 windelow Java fern, 1 narrow leaf fern, 1 anubias nana, 1 cardinalis, 2 miniature dwarf hair grass, 2 repens, and 2 cardinal plants. I also got the plant Gravel there as well. Only thing that didn't come from petsmart was my beta ordered him online.”
“I recently utilized this facility to find a home for my pup due to my health. The lady who helped me was very pleasant and assured me my pup would be in good hands! She was absolutely correct because my pup was able to find a good home within a day! Although I am heartbroken, I am at ease knowing that they were able to help me in my time of need.”
“Excellent customer service. We went to the store looking for an item that it said online it was there. We were needing this for one of my son's school projects. When we arrived, we could not find the item. The staff pointed out that that day they did not have it. The gentelman in check out offered to call to the other location to see if they had it there. The other location did have it and the gentelmant requested to hold one for us until we could get there to pick it up. They also gave my son a couple of merchandise items. Very nice staff and we appreciate the collaboration we received from them even if we did not end buying anything there that day.”
