When purchasing fuel on 8/9/25 sign at road said 2.859 but pump price showed 2.999
When asked about discrepancy inside they said good question and clerk was nice enough to enter a rewards number even though I currently don’t have rewards which took price to 2.949 but still not same as posted price on sign
When called fling j customer service and talked to Haley was told price at pump is what you pay regardless of sign because (prices change all the time)
Find this deceptive and actually fraudulent but I guess that’s just my opinion
The store admitted there is no cash/card price difference as the sign on the street doesn’t show this as I’ve seen some do but either way never seen difference of .14 cents
Not sure I’ll ever go back which is a shame as location is close to home but oh well
I’m sure they won’t mind losing my business as according to customer service they don’t care if the price they show their fuel for isn’t the price your paying at the pump
Pay attention people and there’s a sticker on the pump to file complaints to TDL which if enough people do maybe they’ll post the correct price

I came here to take my break and was doing my laundry got a notice on my window about to be towed saying you cannot leave your vehicle more then hour or the vehicle can’t be more then 24hrs some drivers have take off 34 to get time back what’s happens if driver wants to go in the driver lounge to relax and watch some tv but comes back to find their truck gone. This is greedy tow truck driver can go and wait for someone that really needs a tow a lot drivers can’t bring the trucks to go shopping else where and to take uber. The manager of this flying J should be ashamed of them self. Cause some drivers can’t just drive off or they will be violation of hours of service.

The driver of this truck was standing on his step, taking a piss. I just happened to look in my mirror and see him standing on the step. I was able to see the ground getting wet and got a better angle to see what it was, and I was right peeing off the step. This was on 5-2-2025 around 9:00 am

FJ is usually a touch better than pilot even though they're the same company. This place has a smell as soon as you walk in the door. Someone's been mopping floors with sour mops or just not cleaning all together. If it's one thing that we want in need is a good strong hot shower. I've had better showers remote camping! Horrible water pressure and volume. Someone probably swapped out the shower head and didn't remove the water saver washer in it. We don't spend thousands and thousands of dollars here every month to either buy or use our points to get this kind of a trashy shower!!!!

Hello Mr. Owner, I'm writing to you to make a complaint about the cult. I felt very bad. The lady who is working there who was with another black, dark-skinned boy. I'm telling you that I went to invest almost 500 dollars in diesel and I went in to ask the dark-skinned boy who was serving at the register for a diesel receipt. A lady who was standing next to him was very racist for no reason at all and started making fun of me for my English which wasn't very fluent. She started telling me how well I spoke English in a mocking way and how well I pronounced the language and she said wow and she made fun of it while she clapped her hands and made comments to the dark-skinned boy about me. I believe that a customer should not be treated like that, regardless of what country they are from and whatever language they speak. I kindly went to ask for my receipt and nothing more. Despite everything, I was polite and I told her that I spoke at least a little of the language and that thank you. When I was leaving, when they gave me the receipt, I hope they take action on this. issue because people who bully others and hate others should not work in public, much less in a truck stop as prestigious as Pilot or Flying J. Thank you and I hope you can resolve this issue with these ill-intentioned people who can cause a serious problem because if it is another person and they are offended by such mockery, they can react aggressively and cause a bigger problem in the establishment. Greetings, my name is Josue Rojas. Thank you. I will try to improve my language when I can continue studying and time allows.

I fueled here and took my break before heading on. The two slices of meat lovers hit the spot and was a welcome sight off the hot bar as they were still fresh. On my way out, the cashier on shift was friendly and prompt.

Only truck stop where they allow non customers homeless ppl to live in lounge, these homeless ppl sleeping over have taken over the seats with their belongings and shoes off on top of the unoccupied seats smelling the place up and I personally witnessed 2 fights within themselves with police having to come, truck stop has become a homeless shelter with ppl not taking their meds and putting truck drivers ( customers) in danger.
