Took my truck in after a car accident, they did a fantastic job fixing it. Looks like it never happened. Got my truck clean inside and outside. Recommended 100%.

Best body shop ever. My trucks bumper was fixed within 3 days. They washed my truck and not one item in my truck was missing! Super honest people. Another plus is my gas, usually body shops suck up your gas so they can use your air conditioner but my gas was still full when I got it back! I loved my experience here!

I've brought my vehicles to Quality twice now, and they've been fantastic both times. Their turnaround is incredibly fast, and they absolutely live up to their name. Every person in the office was polite and had wonderful customer service skills. A special thanks to Tabii for being so nice and communicative, keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. The manager even went out of his way to make sure my car was ready before my vacation, which I really appreciate. I couldn't be happier with the results! I highly recommend them and will definitely go back if I need to.

Quality Body Works recently restored our Jeep Grand Cherokee after a deer collision. I consider myself a gear head having worked on a lot of cars as a hobby and out of necessity, too. That said, the Grand Cherokee looked and rode new after they had repaired it. We drove it on dirt roads in the Rocky Mountains and not a single aspect of the vehicle was affected by the ride on rough terrain. I'd recommend this establishment to anyone that wants to work with a friendly staff and skilled auto body, electrical, and mechanical professionals.

I was feeling kind of sketchy picking this place because of all of the negative reviews, but to be honest, I am very pleased with their service and their work. They went above and beyond and even did me a little favor that had nothing to do with my insurance claim, but I just bought a vehicle and didn’t like the dealership decal on it and they took it off without any hassle. They were fast and efficient. I would recommend these guys even if the prior reviews almost ran me away from them thanks again, Quality BODY WORKS.

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Took my vehicle here for repair on an insurance claim that was a joke in itself but what they have done 8 months later is what caused me to leave this review!! I received a voice-mail from Shelly at Quality Body Works accusing me of cashing a check that was made out to both of us and threatening me with calling the DA!!! This is 8 months AFTER I had done business with them!!! I got a copy of the check from my insurance company and THEY had deposited it into THEIR bank. The check was plainly marked on the back FOR DEPOSIT ONLY QUALITY AUTO BODY. They even called my insurance company telling them I had cashed the check!!! Not too sure what they were trying to accomplish with lying to my insurance company it's just another instance of their incompetency!!!

Beware of this place! We brought a truck in and not all of the hail damage was fixed. They labeled one panel as prior damage when it is clearly hail damage. They also ran into the panel with another vehicle and caused additional damage. Instead of just telling us about the damage they only took responsibility after reviewing pictures. Now we have to make another appointment to have the damage fixed, make arrangements for another vehicle while they keep it for months again. They also stole our stubby antenna and had to be asked for that too. Replaced the front windshield and threw away our registration sticker.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Brought in two vehicles in January . On the first vehicle was told all part were in February 4th and once the end of February came everytime I called to check a part didn’t come in or was incorrect even though I was told they had all parts in (which they don’t check them until they actually work on the vehicle so that prolonged the entire process) picked up and car was scratched all on the freshly painted side…scratched our door glass in the process they did offer to pay for me to replace and retint but I was honestly just ready to be done…ripped my seat rushed paint job had to pay out of pocket to fix paint because I refuse to take it back….the quality of their work just isn’t there, the staff was nice but every time they said it would be ready it was not due to parts or something came in wrong so I felt like I was bugging them going off their word ….now the second vehicle was supposed to be ready February 28th and supposedly every Friday after that and was just picked up today so I racked up some out of pocket rental fees for that and mind you these are dates the body shop is giving me…. Well now the turn signal doesn’t work and is telling me to check turn signal after they already prolonged it due to a faulty headlight…..Dreading having to take it back and honestly I may just opt to have it looked at elsewhere…there’s no communication or integrity in the “quality” of their work. They need new management or for the owner to step back in …..but then again he didn’t even care to meet with me to show him my issues
