I walked in checked out some hat bands. Set it down to grab my wife from outside the store and a gentleman doing hats literally chased me down to ask where the band was and show him. If they are so worried maybe limit customers and clutter. Go to boot barn if you want to be treated with respect. This place is over priced and very unorganized

This store carries a very good and varied inventory of everything western, but specifically cowboy hats which is what I was looking for. I was also looking for an experienced hat shaper who would know exactly what style would be best for me. Raymundo (Mundo) is the store manager and has 13 or so years shaping hats. I bought what I wanted and Mundo did an excellent job of shaping the crown and brim exactly the way I wanted it…EXACTLY! He and other younger employees are very friendly, professional, and ready to help with clothing needs. I have found my western clothing shore without a doubt!

Have spend a ton of money in this store but will never step foot in here again. The worst customer service. We bought a $120 Ariat vest for a Christmas present and it ended up being one size too big. Went in today to see if they’d do an even exchange and they told us no because it was past the 15 day policy.. I would understand if we wanted money back but we wanted to do an even exchange & this was a Christmas gift. Were now out the $120 and they couldn’t give a shit less.

I would not recommend. My daughter had Medicaid at the time and was the only reason why brought her here, they did her cleaning / check up, the doctor that saw her just looked with a little mirror and at the end of her visit I was advised she was going to need dental work done. she supposedly had cavities in several teeth. I wasn’t comfortable with the visit she had so I went somewhere else for a second opinion, come to find out she didn’t even have cavities and didn’t need the work they were claiming she was needing. My daughter has had several check ups after that at the new location I’m taking her too and up to date she doesn’t have any cavities. I would never bring her back to any Rodeo dental, they seem to want to do unnecessary work that isn’t even needed.

There is a wide variety of clothing and boots and belts. The employees are very helpful with no pressure as well.

Manny was VERY helpful and respectful he helped me spend my hard earned money to look fresh. I spent $450 on a Nice Belt, pocket knife , pocket knife holster, Ariat T-shirts , Ariat short sleeve shirts and a cap. I will definitely come back to shop with Manny.

Denim clothing place, I didn't like the exotic boots, they are expensive and not to my taste. I think that Baby Alligator boots are of better quality and at a better price, and they are also made to order. The clothes are expensive, or maybe I don't buy the brand they sell there.
