Always looks like a damn war zone inside. Shelves are always a mess. Isle are crowded with merchandise. Prices have gone up. Check out is slow as hell.

They’ve rearranged in attempt to make it easier to shop, took my daughter here to get some clothes (girls 10/12) clothing selection was very limited.

It was a last minute christmas mad house. Merchandise was disorganized and out of place and the lines were slow and extended thru the store. I left.

It has a lot of selection for men but not much of a modern style like TJ Maxx. The men's section also felt cluttery and disorganized and despite racks of pants they had very few Levi's and had no size 31s of any brand and had a few of 30.

Clerk - i think so, yeah, well maybe, but I'm pretty sure we do.... but I'm not sure if we have any in stock
Me - okay is there a way is can find out if they're in stock?
Clerk - yeah you're just going to have to come to the store and look around and if you don't see any then we are out of stock
Me - you're out of stock? Or you don't sell them? I know you said you may have been a little unsure
Clerk - yep
Me - *in my head* what is the point of calling the store if they're just going to tell you to come in regardless?

Ross always has some good and random stuff. Would suggest having more checkers open, though. Had to stand in line for 10-15 minutes. Otherwise, it's a great place.

Just stopped at the store today 7/24/24 and theere were like 100 people standing in line to check out, no exasuration with only ONE Cashier...I am visiting from I Illinois and as long as customers put up with this poor customer service, Ross will continue to abuse its customers...shop elsewhere people!!!!...I did.

Rosa at the fitting rooms is extremely rude. She yelled at me for going to the fitting room when she had already given me a number. Then continued to be extremely rude to me verbally when I didn’t have a pair of pants on the hanger.
