“5 stars to Gloria, she was awesome. 1 Star to UHaul. Gloria went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of AFTER hours. I’d recommend her to everyone. Aside from that, there was a lot of confusion as to where I need to go, and everything. This made me late to pick up my furniture, which in turn I could not pick up that day. Non of the confusion is directed at Gloria AT ALL, she was fantastic. This was an issue with UHaul themselves.”
“If you come to this place, come without rushing, the workers take good care of you, but the mechanics take their time to do their job, bring lunch and sit and wait until the work is done.”
“These guys are out in the middle of nowhere so I was a little worried. Once I got there though I felt much better about giving them a try. I have been to all the U-haul places in Midland because I have moved to and from here multiple times. These guys are the most polite and professional in Midland and at the top of all the rental places I've been period. When they got the trailer hitched the the truck it was like watching a pit crew. Fast and Professional, not the usual Midland listlessnes. Thank you, moving is hard enough.”
