Get your drivers off the road or actually check their CDL every driver I see on the interstate either almost kills somebody or drives like a 3 year old sick of seeing your company trucks running people off the roads or cutting cars off in the left lane, every driver I pass is on their phone it’s sickening goes for Saia nationwide

The office gets stuff done, qick and painless when you ship something. Now, getting someone to unload a pallet from your vehicle is a whole nether story. Be prepared to wait a while.

Will never use again. I got a quote to ship a box was told 700 dollars next thing I know I get a bill for almost 3,000 dollars. And if I don’t pay the 3,000 dollars it will go up to almost 8,000 is what they are telling me. Will not recommend and will never use again what a scam.

Service hasn't been very good since my last review, our guaranteed by noon shipment comes when they feel like bringing it, to put in the words of their driver "You'll get it when you get it" and today I was told they would pick up our shipment at 4! Needless to say they never showed up time to use someone else

Worst company to use for freight. cost us about $80,000 because they wouldn't deliver one pallet.
