The person at the checkout is very bad, she doesn't give you bags and when you ask for help she treats you very badly. This type of store shouldn't have people like that.

Explain to me why it says they close at 7PM and their doors are locked 10-15 minutes before 7, if y’all close earlier yall should really update y’all’s store hours online as well as on the door when going up there.

I always go here for my hair color needs have been for the past 6 years! I've seen many workers come and go but all have always been polite and helpful. Today i got everything to dye my hair back to purple! Tomorrow is my birthday and the girl at Sally's got me to the right things i need! Thank you!

I left Sally’s about 20 minutes ago and the young lady who helped me was so helpful and so kind to me. I just wanted to share my experience because when I was in the store I could have had a better experience if I did not here somebody yelling from their back office room on the phone. I could tell all the customers were disturbed. I even saw one walk out. The young girl told me everything was fine and it was just another employee. I am disappointed in my store experience. This is very inappropriate and I will be contacting the manager to let them know. Great customer service. But maybe turning up the music so the customers do not hear yelling and disagreements on the phone from other employees.

Sales clerk was new and very good. I had not been it for a year because of having to pay for plastic bag to put my products in. May be last time when I can order from Amazon. That’s ridiculous paying for own plastic bag
