Daisy was truly exceptional! She demonstrated remarkable kindness and went above and beyond to assist us. She provided me with precise guidance and recommendations to achieve my desired blonde hair as well as my daughter's. We wanted to get our hair done together but didn't want to pay an arm and a leg and end up hating it as always. So i thought I'd give it a try and do our own, I've wanted to do hair for a long time, and now here's my chance to learn. Daisy, even allowed me to show her some photos of a similar color as to what i wanted, she was very helpful too, showing me the things i could use. I followed her advice diligently and obtained all the necessary products. I did my daughter's hair with Daisy's advice, and the results surpassed my expectations. My daughter loves her hair so much; it is very pretty and looks like salon quality, if not better. I cannot express how often I have left a salon unhappy with their service and the state of my or my children's hair, despite paying hundreds of dollars for a disappointing outcome. Fortunately, that era has come to an end now that I know I can achieve salon-quality results myself. I eagerly anticipate doing my own hair. I am profoundly grateful for Daisy's assistance. Her genuinely kind and generous spirit, coupled with her expertise, is a true gift. Her delightful demeanor made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I will from now on go to her for all my beauty/hair needs. Kindness goes a long way these days. You don't see it very often anymore, sadly. Daisy's kindness and professionalism and generous support and advice really was very much appreciated. Thank you so very much Daisy. God bless you.

Customer service is not acceptable. I’ve have never been in store and assisted or even asked to be assisted even if I kindly refuse. Only reason I shop there is because it’s the only store that I’m aware of in a city of 150,000 that carry the ethnic product As I Am.

This place gave my step daughter a job and she usually only works 3 hrs a day 2 maybe 3 days a week. That's ridiculous and they promised her 30 hrs when she started

Why does this store always seem like it’s going out of business? Boxes of stuff everywhere but hardly anything actually on the shelves and they never have what you need.
