After 2 failed deliveries we were told by a supervisor not to order from Sam's. Seems the third party they use for delivery is "screwing them over". When we asked for a refund we were told we would have to come into the Service Desk. This is the store in Odessa,Tx. We will be cancelling our membership. Please if anybody reads this do not shop at Sam's.

Meats are easy to find, mostly everything i would need is here at my Sam’s Club, and the scan and go is very easy also ?

Bought 2 pallets of water, waiting an hour behind the store ringing the bell and scanning the QR code. Drove back to the front to go back to customer service and was told to go back around again and someone would be with me

I went Saturday the 17 2021 . To the Sam's club in odessa texas , the experience was horrible workers were not friendly mostly at the register . I was mistreated by justin , I wasted yes wasted 527.03 dollars in this pathetic Sam's club . Justin started to tap his fingers then saying hurry up. Give me the money I told it , call your manager . He just kept arguing with me, then he kept cussing at me calling me a b**** and other words. The other person in charge would not give me the managers name kept defending its friend , so I got the name from my recieit. On the recieit it says David Miranda is the manager of that Sam's club in odessa texas . Your employees mistreated me. Not only that . But your employees were bringing their personal life to work . I'm a customer not a person that wants to hear Justin's personal problems . I'm going to corporate about this . Then to put the cherry on top of the situation . Lauren a thing at the door kept harassing me as well , this other thing at e door must have been Justin's friend . This store is rated a zero . Though it doesn't have one on the rating board. I wish it did people working at Sam's club. We the customers dont want to know your problems . We just want to shop and go home. So next time David Miranda get employees that are not taking their personal lifes to work . Justin your pathetic. Justin has long hair that is red or reddish kinda like brown. It is a rude thing. It should be terminated . From Sam's club. BYE GOD BLESS YOU SAMS CLUB.

Had two tire sensors replaced 3 weeks ago. One stopped working 2 days later. Came back today and they are making me buy another sensor! No warranty work on sensors! Save yourself lots of time and go somewhere else. I have been here over 2 hours waiting for sensors and there was no cars in the bay when I got here.

Everytime I need the tire department, they never answer calls and when you're in store there is no one to help! I stood at the counter and called and one of the employees just ignored the phone and kept going. I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes just to get waited on!

Do not use curbside. They take forever and frozen items are thawed by the time they deliver. My order was not ready as promised between 4-5. And I waited 30 minutes

I have needed to order glasses for 2 months now but the optical area is rarely staffed and when someone is there they can't take an order - totally worthless area of the store - no customer service of any kind

What is going on with Sam s customer service in Odessa? We were there today and tried to renew our membership at the service desk to no avail. We waited in line several minutes behind 3 people as there was only one attendant at the customer service desk. A 2nd attendant walked up and asked how she could help us. We told her our membership had expired and we didn't know if we needed a new membership or just renew the same one, since we wanted a different type membership than the one we had before. She told us we had to do it at the checkout register. We asked 3 times if we could take care of it at service desk to ensure we didn't have problems at checkout. She insisted we had to do it at the register. We couldn't understand why she couldn't help us. I even asked her if she could lookup our membership and she refused. We proceeded to shop and had several items in our cart. When we got to the register we informed the cashier that we knew membership was expired and we wanted a different membership but, the 2nd lady at the service desk told us we HAD to renew at the checkout register. This cashier at checkout was very nice and made several attempts but was not able to get us the membership we wanted. She called a manager and explained to him what we had gone through and her attempts. He told her as we listened, that "we needed to go and renew at the service desk." He didn't even try to help us he just wanted us to go back to service desk. A good Manager who cared about store sales would've made every attempt to help us himself after what we had been through but, he didn't seem to care about our business either. We were so frustrated we decided to leave and won't be returning to shop @ Sams.

Bought a tv only to get home with a "used broken tv"!! Tried to return product but was told by manager " David " We can not return it . Sams club is selling used items in new item boxes!!!

Tuesday December 17,2019 12:30p My wife and I decided to purchase a television for our new home. We went to our nearest Sams club in Odessa tx. We found a good deal on a Hitachi 40in tv so we bought it. After running errands and picking up our children from school, we finally were able to open our new purchased TV.( Exciting right!) When we opened the tv box we pulled out " A SMALL broken TV with no papers, instructions,or remote!!???" I look at the tag on tv and it said 26"inch! I immediately rush back to Sam's club to return item for the right item. "No big deal maybe someone missed placed wrong tv in wrong box" I said. I get to the return/ customer service section and asked that a "manager to come see what I was returning"! About five minutes later I hear a man's voice behind me saying" nah nah nah we ain't having that! We can't have that"! As he reaches me and the product I say" nah nah what!!? He said "we are not going to except that!? Except what I said? I bought this item like this. This is why I asked for a manager because this was strange. He said "you did not get that here. " Customer: yes I did! Check your cameras I came around 12:30p Manager: NO , we don't cary that brand nor size" Customer: what does that mean!? How could you guys sell me something and then say it is not yours!? Manger: I can't help you Customer: listen I'm not here for money I just want the right tv. At this point the " manager tries to storm off . I said heck no! wait, what is your name pls. He says "David" (he was a African American) Now I'm confused, embarrassed, and humiliated!!!!!! What in the world just happened?? I was left there standing like an idiot for at least 5 minutes trying to figure out what to do... Nobody never came back to tell me anything!! I even asked whatever workers were there what I should do!??? But no answer.. My wife and I immediately called customer service,BBB, and whoever else for answers. After an hour and 30 minutes someone calls us back..... I don't want a refund nor the dam tv! I want you to really really investigate to find out how that happened! Because for all I know Sam's club employee's and Managers are the ONLY ones with access to inventory! Somthing corrupt is going on at Sam's club and it BS that you guys did this to me!! I don't want this to happen to someone else and they not bring this type of issue up to anyone's attention. This is a serious matter. Sam's Club is false advertising TV sizes?!!! Someone in Sam's Club new about this and accepted it or Sam's Club just didn't bother looking at the return product. You can see where there is a second bond of clear tape on box..
