HAS MY STORAGE UNIT BEEN ROBBED IS THAT WHY IT HAS TAKEN 3 MONTHS AND WE ARE STILL DENIED ACCESS. WE PAID OVER 500 3 MONTHS AND STILL HAVE NO ACCESS AND YOU ARE ASKING FOR MORE MONEY. WHY AM I PAYING FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE??

I rented a storage unit out here and had the best experience. There was an employee by the name Joanie she was very sweet and helpful and made my experience here 100% easier, I definitely definitely recommend!!

DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE!!!! The employee (they only have one) is never there. They are closed on Wednesdays and apparently Thursdays and any day without notice

Travis is correct the gate never closes. I called corporate to make a complaint about the gate after my last visit to the facility. Upon pulling in I noticed the gate pulled open as I have the last fives times I have visited the facility, when I got to my u it I saw a drilled out lock on the floor. I looked at the other doors and the lock was drilled out from the unit right next to mine. Anyways, call corporate and they have no clue what it is I am trying to report. They call the area manager Timothy, he claims he’s had no complaints from anyone about the gate. So for the last unknown number of weeks, precious Lynn, has been failing to do her job in ensuring the property is fulfilling their contracts by having an operating gate. They were recently bought out by some slumlords. Insurance rates went up after they installed a new entrance code gadget, then the rent goes up and they paint the doors to match. Since they bought the property they have had no interest in caring for the facility in any way. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FACILITY THEY ARE SCUMLORDS

So many issues with security for starters. Gate that doesn't close. They will spend money to paid a building but not fix main gate into storage area. Changed rates and stated they send a flyer in the mail explaining the increase on rates when I talked to the customer service representative about rent and if we paid into the next month and then pulled out of storage we would get our prorated days refunded. I was told yes. Just closed out of my unit and was told nothing is refundable. Horrible place to rent from. The dishonesty kills a company and this one is next on the chopping block. Renters BEWARE!!!

We have had this storage about a month. I share it with my mom she just moved into an apartment and we both needed a storage building. I found this one. My mom went to go to the storage building and noticed the lock was changed. She couldn’t figure out why she hadn’t messed with the lock and I don’t mess with it that much. She called the office and the guy couldn’t tell her why it was changed. I called and talked to the guy. He told me the same thing. Come to find out someone had broke into our storage building. The weird thing about it was whoever did it replaced the lock and the cameras aren’t working so we can’t even see who went to our storage building. The guy in the office said he could take the lock off so we can get into it but he would have to charge us. I didn’t think that was fair and I wasn’t going to pay for that since we didn’t do it. After a few days we were finally able to get into it and noticed stuff was broke and missing.
