Beware, when purchasing your HornBlasters directly from the manufacturer and over the phone you are told that you can find a local installer that is tied to their website, that this store refuses to install them. Horrible customer service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable team. Very experienced in lighting for UTV’s. I had purchased a light bar and needed help with how to wire it, they did not hesitate at all to have me come in and show me what I needed to do to successfully wire it. Very nice and professional people!

Had a S&S Disaster Prevention Kit installed on my 2017 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke F250 and it was a disaster. The kit was mounted improperly with the bolt upside down and the spacer in the wrong position. The hoses were connected opposite of where they should be. One hose had a kink in it causing my Fass system to make a humming sound. The charge Air Cooler (CAC) hose was broken in half. I'm hoping no debris made it in to damage the turbocharger in the short time before me finding and correcting the issue with a SPE CCV reroute kit. I'm missing 2 bolts and 3 washers that mount the Oil and Transmission dip sticks. I wouldn't trust this place to change a light bulb.

Took a little longer than expected but I totally get the situation we are all facing right now, lack of good help and any help in general sometimes. Bruce did an outstanding job on my truck! He got down to the bottom of my camber issues and got parts ordered and the alignment done correctly and accurately. Definitely will use again for any further repairs or suspension upgrades. ?

He gave me an appointment at 8AM and he doesn't answer or show up. It's unacceptable and completely unprofessional to not even give a courtesy call at the very least. Sadly, Ive grown to expect little to no integrity in all directions in this community.

Can't say enough about the great service we received from Bruce and Stephanie! They literally went out of their way to get our old truck in, fixed and back on the road. They treat you like family, well at least how you'd want to be treated by family. Salt of the Earth people and just do things the right way. Highly recommended!!! If ever we're passing through Odessa again, we'll be sure to stop in and say Hey!

I did not have a good experience aligning my truck here. They actually made the alignment worse. When I went back to see if they could adjust it again, they told me they wanted to charge me again. I went to ProTech instead and they got me what I needed.

Bruce, Michael, and their team replaced a Dana 50 with a Dana 60 front axle in my Excursion, changed the gears, and added e-selectable lockers in both axles. This was a major job, and in the end they did great work. I recommend them.Service: Steering & suspension repair
