I recently used Extra Space Storage located at 5101 E 52nd St in Odessa, TX, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The facility offers a wide range of storage units, including drive-up access, which made loading and unloading my belongings incredibly convenient. The extended access hours were a huge plus, allowing me to access my unit from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day.
The security measures in place, such as video surveillance and electronic gate access, gave me peace of mind knowing my items were safe. The facility was always clean and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and professional. They even refunded me for a lock I didn’t need, which was a nice touch.

“I stored my belongings for a total of 2.75 years at this facility in 2 separate storage units. Last year I emptied out a 10x10 and I was so grateful that there wasn't any pest or damage to my belongings. I had not been to the unit in 2 years and there were very few webs and no sign of any pest at all in my things. I cannot say it enough of how grateful I am of how well the grounds are kept. Thank you so much to all owners that had my units under their care for the last 2.75 years ????”

“Hello fans of avid storage ...let me tell you all a story..I had an incident occur ...a disaster to where I needed a storage and it was after hours..so you know I call and guess what ..I had to talk to an AI agent ...who of course gets all the info wrong .....finally I got a live real talking employee who did get me in a storage....but it was too small....so I say you know I ve up...then I came in this morning and I meet Mrs Annette the Guardian angel of Avid storage..and did she get straight to work and fixing me up with the right size storage and every thing I needed...So Mrs Annette 10 stars from me and I think you'd be a great team member on the management team......kudos”

“Venice is the manager and she was honest, fair, kind, and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help me at anytime with my storage needs and make us feel comfortable. She even treated my family to treats and cold beverages on our move out day. She was a heaven sent blessing to me and my family. I recommend the storage facility to anyone in the Odessa/Midland area. “I just want to say Eddie is amazing and went above and beyond. I would give him 1000⭐s. Ok so let me tell you what happened. I live in california and my son lives in texas moving from odessa to austin and needed a tow dolly to tow his car. He made reservation with uhaul for the day he was leaving. They tell him day of they dont have it and so my son called everywhere he said me not knowing he called this location. I called uhaul myself explaining what happened and they found one location with in odessa period and it was Eddie . So I call and told him uhaul made the reservation for me he said I told them I am not dealing with those people who called which was my son and his girlfriend. Well longer story short. I did not know like I said that my son called him. So I asked can I make it right for u to please help them. He said once I deny I dont go back. But for u I will as long as u can promise me they will come with a betterattitude. Best believe i talked to my son. He gets there and Eddie put all of what happened to the side and realized my son was very nice outside the frustration, they talked and he even gave him his personal adapter to allow the blinkers on the tow dolly to work due to a blown fuse in my son's truck. So moral of this is Eddie yiur amazing.and thank you for allowing my son a 2nd chance and getting him on the road. Thank u thank u. He made it by the way. 🙏☺”

“This place saved me when U-Haul changed my reservation the day before. Roman Garcia and Jaycee Campbell made sure they got a truck for me, last minute. They were very professional and even empathetic to my situation. Penske is probably a little more expensive but it is totally worth paying extra for peace of mind and great service. Good job!”
