Man these guys have been awesome to deal with. Everything has been super easy and they are always available to help with whatever I need. They know me by first name and treat me like family. I couldn’t ask for a better bank plus free sodas while I wait lol

Do not use this bank. Their fees r ridiculous, they will find any reason to take money out of ur acct. I will be closing all 5 of my families accounts AND we will no longer be using them for auto loans!!!!

This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. The staff isn’t my issue, just the bank itself. Had to wait 2 weeks to get a card in the mail, received the card and only physically used the card twice before the chip stopped working which happened after I left the state for vacation so had no way of easily using the card or pulling money out via ATM. Got charged $5 monthly just to receive a paper statement and another charge to get emails of activity on my account. Got charged $140 just for transferring money between my savings and checking account, they were able to refund the amount after complaining but I know that this will continue to be an issue as I have been getting charged different amounts MONTHLY. Go somewhere else!!

Fuckin Livid!!! (My husband works out of town a lot) The bank locked Nicks account. Not for the hundreds of dollars he spent in the south and in NY. Not for the thousands of dollars we spent in Colorado, Nope. He tried to use his card in Tyler, Texas. F*** Southwest 66. This morning my husband tells me that some stupid woman from the bank called him after hours to tell him I was in the bank complaining. I've been with him 20 years. I'm pretty sure he knows exactly what went on when I was in her branch. 10/10/20 Southwest 66 locked his f****** account AGAIN!!! These worthless motherfuckers know what he does. They have been told twice already to NOT lick his f****** account. Now I have to call and make sure all the bills I paid this morning went through. Light company Water company Cable company & Where we make Monsters computer payment I'm beyond pissed. I can't wait til we can close our accounts. #southwest66 #shitbank #dontwasteyourtime #idiots

The only thing I do have to comment is that one, their staff doesn’t seem to be informed. It seems that they keep passing you along until there’s someone who finally gives you the answers you were looking for. Two, they don’t listen. For some reason being polite doesn’t work with them. For some reason when they see Or hear someone being polite, some how they miss important information. But once you speak firmly to then, magically things get done! I really want to know why that is. If they could just listen so that we don’t have to keep calling back to make sure things went the way you asked them too. It’s an inconvenience when you request a few things and they only get half done. Then you’re ended up having to come back and sign papers and what not all over again.
