You guys need absolutly better customer service... The customer service here in Odessa has gone absolutly down here. I went to get a plate of food and im not sure if that lady ment to be rude or not but I took it as being rude! You need a better way of communicating with customers. If you dont like your job then dont work there. If you dont like dealing with people THEN DONT WORK!!! People need a better attitude... Horrible customer service. At least the lady at the cashier was nice and seemed patient.. Damn

By far the dirtiest stripes/7-11 that I've been to in Odessa. I just went in for a restroom stop and get some drinks. Restroom had trash everywhere. No paper towels or toilet paper anywhere. Shelves were empty. Totes lying around all over the store and employees standing around on their phones.

Twice that we have been here during the night shift the staff have been rude and treat us as if we were trying to do something. Both me and my partner were wearing work uniforms and cane in to use their restroom and get ice and a drink. First time, older lady was rude asking if he was still in the restroom, after being in for a few minutes. Then she charged us for full price drink even though we only had ice. Tonight I was washing my hands after being less than 2 minutes in the restroom and the lady comes knocking and asking if anyone was there. Excuse was she thought no one was there. Only continue stopping here because it is close and inconveniently, convenient.

Amy, sells representative, should get a training in customer service, she's so annoying and loud, she acts like stripes is a circus not a store, if there's a manager or a leads member who cares about stripes costumers should care more about this person.

Their fuel prices are outstanding however, the pumps are either out of service or slow as a snail‘s pace!!!!

For starters, the guy running the register skipped me (female) to let 2 men who entered the building after me, ahead before I called him on it. Apparently you have to be a male gener to get waited on here to get to the back of the line. Second, NO GAS! APPARENTLY THIS DUMP DIDNT PAY THEIR GAS BILL & EVERY PUMP ID EMPTY! I was redirected to 2 separate pumps before I finallyGot 20-cents worth. What a racket! Angry customers everywhere!

Horrible! We were only in the store 5 minutes and all we heard was the female manager yelling, screaming, and cussing at her male employee about work orders the whole time. That is not the time or the place for those conversations. That is reserved for the back office, out of sight and hearing from the customers. VERY unprofessional!!! Visit was on 08/06/2023 at around 2pm.
