I came in here like I have been doing for the past 5 years and I was trying to be nice and tell the maintenance man thats in charge of fixing all the machines thanks for always keeping them running. He was extremely rude to me. I have never been rude to him. I usually get treated alot better than that. I am very disappointed in this visit. I can understand if he was busy or something but he wasn't and I was genuinely thanking him. After the way he was to me I honestly think I'm gonna finish up the money on my laundry card then find a new place to go to. It doesn't matter how well some of the other staff treats me there if even one staff member treats me like that.

Great staff, super nice and friendly and it’s super clean and organized. I’m not from here and it’s my first time at a laundromat and don’t know what I’m doing 😂 but they helped me figure it out ! 100/10

I'm glad I found this place. I've visited other laundromats and left immediately because they were crowded and dark inside. This place is well kept and the staff is very nice. Even though I went on a Sunday and there were a lot of customers, I loved the fact that it didn't seem crowded. There's plenty of room. The washers are a little pricey compared to what I've seen in South Texas, but they do a better job and the dryers work great and aren't expensive. So, it's worth the money. I'll keep going back as long as I'm in town since I don't have my washer and dryer here.

Terrible service, most of the washing machines do not work, all with clothes already not working and without people who are going to take out their clothes because they are in the stores or I don't know

Terrible service, people leave and leave their clothes and go shopping,I spent 25 minutes waiting for the washing machines, I notified the staff, they told me to wait 10 more minutes and they did nothing, I took them out and put them to dry, and at that moment the owner of the clothes arrived in a very haughty manner and the employees also attacked me. against me, saying that if I continued defending myself they would talk to the police and I would have to leave,I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.Besides, the washing machines are in very bad condition and smell very bad.

Over half the washers are out of service. The place is always crowded. And it used to be a decent place to go to but now it's a waste of time to even bother going.

I understand part of the income for this business is from their pickup service but it’s ridiculous when walk-in customers can’t find a washer cause they are using them all!!! And the fact that I have problems with the card machine everytime!!!!! Do better!!!

Went there for the first time last night. I usually go to Fun Wash on Faudree but I just needed to wash a comforter my son got sick on. I got there a couple minutes before 9 and as soon as I walked in they said last call already done. I said what time is it and the older lady looked, paused, chuckled and said about 9. She knew they were dead wrong but still insisted I'm too late. I said I just need to wash the comforter I won't even dry it if that's the issue they still said no sorry last call already made. On top of them being rude the place was disgusting looking. Perhaps because I'm used to Fun Wash but I'll never go here again regardless. Those 2 women should be fired. Who knows how much business they're costing the owner with their lazy and disrespectful attitudes.

Great place to wash your clothes. Veronica who works there is Amazing!!! We were in town for a medical issue. She truly blessed us!
