Horrible customer service. Rude store attendees. Would not look at our hoses because they said the hoses were not allowed in their store. How do you make hoses, if hoses are not allowed in your store?

This place has the rudest employees in the entire Permian Basin! All these signs everywhere will tell you that before you even speak to anyone. I walked in with an air hose needing another exactly like it the sign outside says no oily hoses past door. This is an air hose the guy at counter grabs the hose out of my hands and walks out and throws it on ground outside and asks if I can read and what do I need. I just picked up my hose and left! I sent an employee another day to get a valve and he came back begging to never send him again to that store but they were the only ones who had that part in stock or else I'll never give them anymore business.

1102 walked into store, it took about 5 min for someone to come to the front, acting like I wasn't there, I asked him if they were open, he said no and it'll be an extra 100$ for callout, I'm the one in need so I said that was fine. He walked to the back I could see him making a hose for about 5 minutes. Then he hands the hose to customer and stays talking for another 5 10 min. Now I feel that he didn't want nor needed my business, so I walk out, as soon as I get in my car he decided to come out 1120 04Sep21

Tried to walk in fora connection but before we could get in the door a man starts hollering " don't bring that oil s*** in here" ! I told him it was not an oil hose and it was dry, (a hose I bought from you guys strictly for water use only) We were profiled and do not appreciate it!! not to mention they serviced us outside!. I been doing business here for the past 7 years before the new building... I hope that employee was just having a Bad day.

I've come here multiple times with another company, so knew these guys have what I need....That being said, I asked for a new hose fitting. 5 minutes later they send me on my way free of charge. What would've been a $6 fix was free. They will have business from my new company and I'll see to it that we get an account set up.Thank you guys. Great customer service.
