We called Odessa Tire they had the tire we needed, so we drove, and when we arrived the gentlemen at the front counter was very helpful and they got right to putting the new tire on our rim and then put the new tire back on our camping trailer. They put the spare in the back of our truck for us. Thank you all for quick friendly service.”

I have taken my truck in there 5 times in 3 years due to issues I didn’t feel comfortable repairing myself.Each time my truck was brought in it was thoroughly diagnosed. Matt at the service desk has always been extremely helpful and transparent with the explanation of the diagnosis, time frame and possible explanations as of why the issues may have occurred. My truck has never had to come back for a warranty repair on their behalf.I would proudly recommend this shop to anyone who is having issues with their vehicle. “I want to share a truly extraordinary experience at this store. During a long drive from Dallas to El Paso with my three kids and a dog, we blew a tire. After getting the spare on, we made our way to Southern Tire Mart, which happened to be nearby. The front desk team assessed the tire and stated it could be repaired, and put us in the cue. After waiting about an hour, the tech informed us that it could not be repaired after all. As you might imagine, after all the stress of what we'd been through, this sent us over the edge. That's when Steven Garcia, the on-site manager, stepped in. He called all over Odessa to find us a tire and a place to install the tire (it had to be two different places because of the wait - we still had four hours to go, it was the end of the day, and couldn't spare hours for install). But then he offered to follow us to each store to make sure that we were taken care of!! That kind of extraordinary kindness reflects an establishment that deserves your business. We won't ever forget Mr. Garcia's kindness. It meant to world to us during an incredibly stressful day for our family.”
