Then I called this shop, and the person who helped me went above and beyond — he managed to get the exact tires I needed within just six hours! I brought my truck in right before closing, and they still took care of me and installed both tires quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service, great communication, and fast turnaround. “Talk about customer service. This place has always been so good to us. We’ve had to use them a few times now and each time they’re very informative, updates daily, if needed. Matt is so very helpful and kind. We have had the fuel pump replaced on one vehicle and transmission repair on another and both times they’re very informative, were fixed and good to go within a couple weeks (unlike the Chevy house) I’m always impressed by this shop and will always recommend them and use them. They will take on some challenging exhaust work, my muffler in the picture was one.”
“sam's club tire and battery is fast and efficient. i bought 5 hankook tires (special order just 3 days). a month later i got s flat (huge piece of metal. they replaced the tire in about 20 minutes. 5 star thank you to mason. very efficient. if anyone needs tires or batteries i highly recommend sam's club tire & battery.”
