“The price was better than other places I called. I needed a tire pressure sensor and I was quoted $100 and $140 from other places. Chaparral charged less, took less time, and had parts on hand.
They changed one sensor and re-programmed all the sensors to the correct positions. I would definitely go back when I need more tire services done”

came looking for a tire since it had a puncture in one of our tires.. Everyone else had over 2+ hours wait and we did not want to wait, we were just passing through. They told me that they had a tire in stock and could install it quickly for us. The staff was very helpful and understood our urgency on getting a tire installed. Highly Recommend this place. “Wow! What service. I’ve been running around on less than perfect tires lately (I know, shame on me) and I had about an hour before I needed to be somewhere. So…I stopped in real quick at the Forrest Brothers location on Andrews Hwy. I was immediately greeted as I walked through the door. This alone was impressive. Soon afterward we’re taking a look at my two very bad back tires and discussing a solution that was best for me today. Needless to say, 30 minutes later I’m driving off with two new tires and a smile on my face, and that’s saying something. Because honestly, who smiles when they have to buy tires! “Juan was able to show up on the weekend to help our elderly friend. He was very impressive. He took the tire off and took it to his shop to repair it. I was thinking it would take forever but he was back in no time at all! He had pictures of the inside of the tire and explained what he did and what was needed. He was also very careful jacking the vehicle up in a tight space without doing damage to the top of it. I highly recommend Juan! And the price was extremely fair! Also he was one of the few who answered his phone and knows how to have a conversation.”

We had been traveling for 10 hours to watch our son’s college playoff baseball games when we hit a rock on highway SH-349. “Great customer service, very approachable. Stopped in at a few other shop tire shops on Big Springs st. Before finding this spot. Those others didn't acknowledge me, or answer the questions I had. Here was different, all the employees came up to me and told someone will be with me shortly. Arroyo assisted me, answered all my questions and got me in my new tires. Here's the cherry on top they went above and beyond, I use Mobil 1, they went out to get it for me to satisfy my needs. I'll definitely be back, I appreciate great customer service.”

Never had to take it back for them to fix anything like some shops around Midland. Allan is a man of his word and has definitely made a customer out of me.
