Woke up to a flat the other morning and was having trouble finding someone who could come fix it, shot Brad Ward a quick text and they were there and finished in less then two hours. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere quick, reliable and friendly to get the job done.

By far the best Customer service I’ve had ever. Not only did he move mountains to find a Great set of Tires at a Very affordable price. They came all the way to my house and put them on . Definitely will be using these guys from now on. Not your average tire Guys they definitely go above and beyond

From the moment I called I had nothing but a great experience, from the man who answered the phone & listened to me to the young man who came and helped. I don’t remember the young man’s name who came and changed my tire while I was at work, but he was the best! Very polite, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Will be my new spot for tire/services.

These guys are AWESOME! After blowing a tire in Odessa on a very long drive from Dallas to El Paso with my 3 kids and a dog, I came to this shop after three incredibly challenging hours trying to replace the tire. The second we walked in they could see we were having a hard day and were immediately welcoming. They offered us water, let us play with the shop dog (Beano is the cutest!), put the new tire on (that we had purchased elsewhere), and made sure all four were properly inflated. And they didn't even charge us for the time. That extraordinary level of kindness, care, and empathy was exactly what we needed during such a challenging day. Don't hesitate to give this fabulous team your business!

They went above and beyond coming out to my place of business. And took my rim to get it fix once they found out it was more than a flat tire. 100% recommend Tireworx to anyone. And very reasonable pricing ?!

If anyone needs tires in the Permian Basin, give Brad Ward a call at TireWorx! These folks got my tires in a couple of days, special size and type, came to my house and installed them. This is a convenient service that could come in extremely handy! No time off work, didn’t have to sit in a waiting room and didn’t have to leave my car in someone else’s possession. Excellent customer service, clean, friendly, knowledgeable. Brad’s guys were top notch!

Great service! Definitely recommend them for your nicer sets of wheels since they have equipment that won't mess up your wheels unlike other tire shops that use all the same worn out equipment for their customers
