Selected this because there is no lower. Have been standing at paint counter for over 30 minutes. Other workers have paged over head three times for worker to come to counter. Still no response lunch break shouldn't even be this long.

Why is it so hard to get assistance from employees here? I've been waiting for an hour for help to get a product off of a high shelf. They have been paged twice and still nothing!!

Got our kitchen counters done through them. Took several visits before we could even get someone to help us. When theu finally did, they used a company called Rock Tops to fabricate and install. It has been a nightmare. Delay after delay: they sent two different people to measure, and when they came, nothing fit. They damaged the cabinets in their install attempt, and left with only half the countertops installed, and they look horrible. It feels like we wasted our money, being out thousands, with a kitchen that is worse than it was before, and still no way to use our sink, months later. Avoid at all costs.

I went to this location the other day and asked for assistance and after asking for assistance from THREE different associates I finally was able to get help from one. The first associate said someone in that department could help me, which was fine. When I asked the second associate who was in that department (a woman wearing a floral dress) for help she stayed quiet for about 30 seconds then finally uttered "what do you need" in a real snarky & ugly tone. I told her never mind since she seemed to not want to help and looked for another associate who was in the aisle that had the stuff I was looking for. The third associate wasn't very knowledgeable so she called someone else to help me. Which is fine because she at least tried. Finally the fourth associate was able to assist. We appreciated the fact the he helped however, he also didn't have any kind of enthusiasm. Spoke real low and was a tad bit slow. Can't complain much about him other than the lack of enthusiasm even though we had to settle for that type of customer service. It's as if everyone we came across didn't want to be working there and help out any of their customers. At one point we had another customer assist us in getting the stuff we needed. (This was in between the time of the 3rd & 4th employee) We got some tools that needed to be taken up to the front by the associate since those are the ones that keep locked and he stated for us to get them from the pro desk when we check out. Well, if you thought that we had had enough of the crappy customer service from the employees just wait, there's more! Once we went to the front to check out, there was a employee in front of the register & leaning against the register (with a drink in hand) so we asked him about the tools we picked out and they put up there for us, if he knew where they were at or help us find them and he just said "no, idk" and just stared at us for about 15-20 seconds (which is an eternity in real time) and then just walked off. Didn't say anything else, just simply walked away. The lack of enthusiasm, customer service, knowledge and friendliness overall was very frustrating to say the least!!!!! I've never had such a horrible shopping experience in my entire life. Why work here if you're not willing to help us customers who ultimately support your work. I alone spent $750.00 and tike have spent more had they had more items in stock. I read all the other reviews before writing this one and can tell they were 100% accurate based on my experience. Management & corporate need to step in and get their team together!!! If I could give it 0 or .5 stars I would!

The staff only help who they want and only if it's an easy fix. I wanted the 27 gal. storage containers their app showed 382 in stock. Of course, there are none on the shelf where the tag is, but it looked like a bunch may have been on the top shelf. We couldn't read the label to make sure so we finally tracked down an associate and asked about the item. We showed her how many they claimed were in stock. She simply said the app is not always accurate. I can understand it being off a few, but 382???? We asked about the ones on the top shelf. She said she didn't know if they were the right ones, then acted like she was going to see about it but just kind of drifted off. We waited to see if she would come back with an answer, then gave up. As we left, we saw her helping another associate with something totally unrelated. She just looked at us guiltily and didn't say a word. This store needs new management. It still has not improved. Their app is a joke. Save the trouble and go to Lowes.

Many People rent tools so they can complete a job w/out the added expense of having to buy the tool...same applies for a quick fix around the house.

Terrible store, waited on my curbside pickup for 30 minutes until I was informed that the curbside closes at 6pm. I informed them that I had been there and calling since 5:30 and no one answered. I continued calling until 6:30 and still on hold with the automated system. I cancelled my order finally. Don't shop here, especially buy a mower. They leave them out rain or shine. I'm not surprised at the 1.5 star review.

Not hard to understand why this store ranks so low. Wanted to purchase a dewalt battery but they are locked up in a cage. Asked for someone to assist but employees too busy playing on their phones. Now I'm off the Northern Tool to spend my money.

I brought a lawnmower in for repair in the middle of March and it is now the end of July. You can't call to check the status or even approve the repair because they don't answer their phone. I finally receive a call that it is ready and arrive to find it in pieces. After putting it back together the mower would not start. A helpful man said he would work all night to repair it and they would call me the next day. Two days later no call so I show up to check on things. They said they were awaiting my approval for a part, but that they had not actually called to get the approval. Home Depot tool repair services is an absolute clown show. I paid a labor charge and got nothing in return because I'm not going to leave the mower here for another four months not knowing what is going on.
