They were very professional and even empathetic to my situation. Penske is probably a little more expensive but it is totally worth paying extra for peace of mind and great service. Good job!”
“rented a JLG from United Rentals, they delivered the equipment early the day of the rental, and we used it, I had never had an issue with any equipment I rent from them, I guess there is always a first time, the equipment developed a hydraulic leak about an hour before we were done using it that day, it was a one day rental, call it in about 12:15PM and they dispatched a repair tech out of Midland, the communication between us and the technician was excellent, I had an ETA, was notified when he was on site to do the repair, it took him about 30 -45 min to get if back up and running, we needed to get the job done and get the hired help off the clock and on there way home. The service provided was excellent, the response time was great and the technician knew what he was doing, I will definitely keep using them for my rentals. Now that is what I call great Service. Highly recommend using United Rentals for your Rental needs they treat you right and there response is awesome. Wish more companies were as responsive they these representatives were during a critical time for us.”

“People are great here and Robert and the team do great work! Only issue is I spend a lot of time here in the drivers waiting area and zero comfort. Drive 5,000 miles a week in a truck seat that is already uncomfortable and then to come sit in plastic chairs in the waiting room sucks! Throw a couch and loveseat in here for driver comfort while they wait”

My only criticism would be the phone lines. Other than that, we the Richardson's will be returning to this location.”

I walked with him across the street as he assessed the truck and he should be how to use the lift gate. He told me it takes reg gas and all was great!”
