Always friendly, informative and usually always have parts we need in stock! Only bad thing is they are located far west of Odessa and it’s hard to talk to them on the phone

Sold us incorrect part even after being given specific specifications. Team wasted half a day installing the part that was incorrect. Had it removed and returned. They stated, “well that was the longest one we had, so we just sold it to you anyway”. They didn’t accept the return due to a small dent from the removal process. Clearly not concerned with their customer. Removed from our vendor’s list. Recommend you do the same.
