The General Manager in Odessa, off Billy Hex Rd, took great care of us. Filled up the truck and everything. He was amazing. Highly recommend this location. Gave me extra miles to make sure we made it and didn’t charge me.

Run from this location!! High theft area! Security Camera's are a joke. No one can find who stole the license plate off my 34 ft trailer. This is terrible, no one should have to face this dilemma and the time spent to go to the Lame DMV/Tag registration tax farm and pay $6.50 to get a new tag. This is UNACCEPTABLE. This is uncalled for. I pay $124.43 monthly for someone to decimate my property. This is uncalled for. Oh wait it gets better. Went to do a spot check on my trailer had a gut feeling and Lo and Be hold!!! Someone jimmied my generator door to try and steal my generator ruined my latch @ 100.00 to repair it. Ok no call back to say they will refund my expense for the damages nothing to say the least. No call saying they have identified the thief in action (thievery was in play) nothing. You want a place that will steal your license plate and damage your hatches for generators go to Billy Text Rd UHAUL Odessa Texas folks. I hope I still have wheels on it next time I go there.

Had reserved a uhaul at this location, when I showed up to pick up the truck they told me it had not been returned and there was no vehicle for me to use. They called “traffic” dispatch and found another one that was ten miles away. I asked them if I would be charged for the miles driven since I had not rented from the further location. They said I would be given extra miles and not charged. When I showed up at the other location I was told I still had to pay for the extra miles. Ended up paying for all additional miles needed. Felt like if uhaul messed up my reservation they should have covered the extra costs. Terrible customer service, do not recommend this place.

Their prices on moving supplies have gone up 60% in the past couple of months!!! 60%!!! They are no longer an affordable option for what I used to buy there regularly.
