Went in today to look for some eyelashes with my cousin (we’re 21) mind you my tattoos are visible as well, I was bent down browsing and an employee came up and asked me and my cousin “how are we doing today little girls?” She definitely emphasized “little” which to us just caught us off guard and seemed unprofessional coning from both of us who do work in retail and customer service! Even if we were little I don’t think that’s the way you should approach someone off the bat….Just as if you were an elder and you had someone come up and say “how are we doing today old lady” it’s just not very appropriate or professional. The cashier was very nice and respectful but I don’t think the little in girls included was necessary, a simple “ladies” or “girls” would have been more fitting.

I visit this location frequently, and I’ve never had a negative experience. Today, Carla was wonderful, helping me find a product comparable to something that was recently discontinued. She went completely out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. I was further delighted to find Blanca at the check out counter (alone) cheerfully and efficiently taking care of one customer after the next, while also handling customers walking in for their online orders. These two are exceptional, and Ulta is lucky to have them on their staff.

Blanca is so helpful and knowledgeable. She was so sweet and attentive which is rare to find these days!! Even as just my cashier she made me feel welcome and didn’t rush me at all.

Blanco (or Blanca/can't remember) was amazing. She took the time to recommend items from the register. You could tell she cares about customers. I'd recommend having her out on the floor vs. behind the counter and she'd definitely help with sales. Excellent customer service!

5 stars just because of Blanca
The workers were all so sweet!!!!! The literal best worker was the one that checked me out (Blanca) she was so patient with me as i struggled to get my card out with my hands full with my 5 month old and trying to make sure my 4 year old did not run off. After i finished paying she said next customer but walked with me to open the door for me. I have never had such a great experience as this one. She was the sweetest most helpful person I’ve ever encountered with at Ulta and will be back for sure because of her to this specific location

Had appts booked with salon for me and granddaughter during our last visit almost 3 months ago. Notified today that stylist is now overbooked and we lost our appt time and day. Why were we cancelled instead of cancelling appt that was booked after ours?!? So unprofessional!!!!

The girl with the tattoos and glasses is so lazy! I will not be shopping here anymore. She refuses to give us a the gift even though the promotion just started she said it ended. Hello sign says August 2! Shame on her for being a liar. Bad customer service. We spent almost $200…. Do better

I had made an appoinment online for a haircut, received a text asking me to confirm which I did.
I showed up the date of my appoinment, only to be told that the person I made an appoinment with was not scheduled to work. Two girls were in the salon talking when I walked in, no other customers were waiting for service. I was told I would have to make a new appoinment as no one could get to me today.
This is the 2nd problem I have had with this salon. The last time I went in, I had an appoinment, stylists were sitting in the chairs talking, no one came to wait on me, after 30 minutes I left.
I will never return to this store for any reason again.

Thank you Kristin for being so kind. The other 2 women that felt the need to be involved in my purchase seemed like such miserable people. No need for such attitude for no reason, Especially if you weren't my cashier.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. I scheduled an appointment for a Curl Cut with hair stylist Gabby. Only to find out that she was out that day, to which no one notified me of. So I rescheduled for the next day, again, with Gabby. Only to end up waiting over an hour. I just left. I have curly hair and don’t trust anyone. So when I saw someone that is considered a “curly cut” hair specialist I was excited to try it out, but never got the chance.

I’ve been to the Odessa store a few times, and it’s usually pretty busy but always clean and organized, which I appreciate. I stopped by last weekend on Mother’s Day with my son to get a foundation color match, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great.
The associates were clearly busy, which I totally understand, but when I politely asked one of the girls if she could help me with a color match, she pretty much brushed me off. She seemed really bothered that I even asked. She told me she was helping someone else (which is fine), then asked what foundation I was looking for. They didn’t carry the one I wanted, which wasn’t a big deal, and she offered to match me with another one—but honestly, her attitude was so off-putting that I just didn’t feel like continuing.
The store itself is nice—definitely cleaner and more organized than the one in Midland—but customer service really matters, and being treated like a bother kind of ruined the experience for me.

just left ulta and i had the best experience with Rayn that girl was amazing. she reminded us to check our app for any discounts and even though there was a long line but she was still so patient with us while we tried to get our app to load because the service in that area is awful. super sweet and definitely a girls girl.
