I truly don’t know where to start with this company… do not use them unless you’re ready to deal with one headache after another. The employees have zero knowledge and say nothing but “um” aswell as they are absolutely no help. Sent a 50$ package last week and paid 40$ to ship it, my clients never recieved it. So now I am out of $90, and have to pay again to send this package. When I call they absolutely refuse to help and the lady genuinely had no idea what she was even talking about, just mumbled umm every couple words.
If you are a business owner, or don’t have the time or money to be waisted, save yourself and don’t use ups

I would have given a 1, but I gave 2 because it's the closest ups store to me and the shorter commute deserves a star in itself, but ok well my husband and I are in the process of opening up our new valve supply company in this area, and shipping items, is very common for us. We went in there a few weeks ago with our valve shipment already boxed, addressed and ready, we get to the counter and the girl takes down all of the pertinent information about the shipper and the receiver, and she weighs it up and puts everything in the computer, and tells me the total for the box is $81 (not even an issue because the price was already anticipated) I then try to give her my UPS account number (which I have been a ups customer for many many years) and she smirked at us and said no, we don't accept ups account numbers here for payment, all payments from this UPS store have to be received and approved before the package in question can be shipped out, ok.... Whatever.. I'm like must be some weird new policy or something, so I pay for the delivery up front using my business credit card (that is in my name) and we go on our merry way... again this situation has nothing to do with my rating of this specific UPS store, but it's important because it is the leading up to my reason ...fast forward a few days later and my brother, goes to the exact same UPS store, sets everything up with the exact same counter girl, and no questions asked she enters the delivery into the computer under our UPS account number ....no clue why my husband and I were told they needed payment for the package up front and didn't accept customer account numbers, and I am in no way mad that I had to pay up front or anything at all, but yeah that is very unprofessional and honestly a little disrespectful....so now we've been going several more miles further to a different UPS store and they've been great this far... Anyway no other reason for the 2 star rating aside from the differences i1n the ways that we were treated on separate occasions by the same exact employee...which

I’ve been using this location to ship and return packages for years. It’s conveniently located and I’ve never had any issues. I’ve always received fast, friendly and professional service.

I sent a package that had valuable items. UPS claims that the merchandise was gone and the empty carton was discarded. The store made a claim and they said that I can’t sent jewelry in a bubble envelope, I know it was sealed properly and now I am thousands of dollars at loss and UPS gets to walk away with saying that they are not liable because I put it in the wrong envelope. This is not good business, and someone needs to have accountability for my goods while it was on their hands. I already talked to all departments and no body is willing to help. This is the first time that this has even happened to me but I am for sure not doing business at UPS ever again. This has been a very negative and frustrating situation.

I went there to make a shipment to mexico and payed $200 dls, my package got lost and they returned it to me without asking or giving me a reason and they did not refund me a dólar, i received the box almost 2 months later. At the Store they only said they dont refund and that i should call after a hundred calls and visits to this Store, nothing happened, so básically i paid $200 for a service that i did not received.
How can you find that Logic?
They wouldnt even bother on giving me a cupón or discount or find a way to give something on my favor.

Normally a decent experience but yesterday I needed to buy stamps and the kid at the counter said they didn't sell them and offered to sell me digital stamps for like 4x the cost of a regular USPS stamp. 🙃 just needed to mail my last 4 holiday cards and not drive across town for stamps.

I have used this store for years, the staff of late is amazing. The store manager is very kind and respectful. Brittany has always been of the utmost help to me and my employees when they go in for me. With that said, it would be awesome if the owner would hire more people or be there to work. One person and a few kids can not run a store of this magnitude.

$99 to overnight a check and the store doesn’t even scan it in for 12 hours, causing it to be delayed to the next business day. Supposed to be there Friday, now it’s Monday. Absolutely unbelievable. Stop telling people to email you if they have an issue when you won’t respond to emails.

This place is RUDE!! I had been coming to this location for years but after today finding out that the manager is who made a snarky rude comment in front of the 2 young employees is a mad shame! Jess the owner should really rethink who is representing her store !
