I had a great experience at the 42nd St UPS in Odessa. Kamille went above and beyond to help me print something. She was very kind and patient. The store was pretty busy when I first came in and everyone was helped very quickly and the employees were very helpful and friendly.

Paid over $100 for over night delivery and you guessed it correctly it never showed. Dropped the package off on Friday per the tracking it shows Dropped off Sat and then the label was reprinted Saturday at 4pm per the tracking, yet the store says they close at 1pm Saturday and told me they have no idea where it was reprinted , why or where my package is... basically told me they couldn't help me to go file a claim!!!! Like wowwww

Made an appointment online for notary and then when i showed up, on time, for my appointment I was told by employees at the store that they don't do appointments. It shouldn't be offered if it is not going to be honored. Horrible business practice. Horrible.

Because even tho the address is wrong and the package gets return. We as the sender have to respend money to resend it . We get non of the funds back that got used to send a package to a location and it stays not paying to send a package just for it to return. That's the case I would drop the package off with no address and pay y'all to hold it .

I don't get it . We pay for it to ship and if we have the wrong location. Why we do not get a partial refund. Why do y'all keep all the payment . Since the pay is made to make it not be floating and y'all act like y'all still followed thru.

Horrible quality “commercial printers” had a form printed and looked horrible. Very expensive Printing fees For such horrible quality. As a business owner, I would not return To this specific store.

They are extremely rude and even charge for taping a box. I would recommend that everyone avoid this facility.

They charged an old lady $31 Dlls for printing a label for her and some tape. This is ridiculous, the poor lady was so confused and they were super rude.
