“After shopping all day for a vehicle we had tried 3places before trying Sewell once we reached their business,we walked in and were welcomed by this young lady which was from The start very helpful she asked if we had looked at their inventory we said no that we had just walked in With hopes to purchase a car from there so long story short she handed us the paperwork to fill out as we started to fill out paperwork she then asked us what were we looking for etc she then said how much do you have to put. Down so we gave her the amount she said let me go talk to my boss he. Then. Approached us and we told him our situation and the issues we had with the previous dealerships . And he said ok let’s see what we can do we filled out paperwork then Mr.Melvin walked up and we had previously spoken to hi on the phone the. He said ok we can help you yo. Are the story even shorter w e finally were able to drive off the lot with a truck which what was something my husband was looking for if your looking for a vehicle I highly recommend this place they go over and beyond to get you in a vehicle the whole process was so smooth and not stressful at all so a big shout out to Melvin and the Manager for their help we went in their with hopes and we really found what we were Looking For and within our budgetMelvin Watkins”

“While traveling from Minnesota down through Big Bend NP we ended up breaking our truck pretty good in the back country that needed parts and service. I called Sewell service dept and was connected with Cheryl. I explained our desperate situation and she knew exactly what parts we needed and assured us once we arrived we would back on the road in no time. Sure enough we dropped the truck off when they opened and we were on the road before lunch to start our long trek back to Minnesota. They kept us informed with calls on when the parts showed up and how much time it was going to take the tech to get it fixed. She even called us hours later to check in on our trip to make sure everything was okay. Thanks for getting us back on the road safely and quickly!”

So from there they showed me what I had told them i was looking for and took me to another lot of theirs that had pretty close to the number of vehicles on this lot. I was there possibly one hour and maybe half. Great awesome people. Now I did see a couple of people that came in and wanted to cut in line to buy something but wanted the watermelon before the seed was in the ground. Great people!
