They don’t deliver items and make up excuses as “driveway un accesible “ “full box”. Boxes once delivered to my door now I have to come and pick up. Why are we paying shipping to pick up our items?

I don’t think they deserve one star they were so mean every time I go there it’s the same thing No manners for such elderly people if anything, there’s one elderly woman that does good. She should get a raise!

Terrible service. They couldn’t find my apartment so they were lazy and decided to take it back to the post office where I now cannot get it until Monday. Worst service ever.
