About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is dedicated to delivering mail and packages securely and affordably to over 157 million addresses across the country. With more than 30,000 retail locations, USPS processes and delivers a significant portion of the world’s mail. However, customer experiences vary. Some reviews mention fast service but express disappointment with the quality of customer service, noting unkind interactions. Additionally, there are frustrations with communication, such as difficulty reaching representatives by phone. Despite these challenges, USPS continues to innovate to improve customer experiences.
