I went to mail a package and asked a simple question…TONYA was extremely rude and unprofessional. She always is…why not get another job where you don’t interact with people??? Customer service is not her forte.

Front desk ladies wouldn’t acknowledge me for a short time while I was there. I was the only customer there at the time as well, right as another customer had been served and walked out. Eventually, the blonde lady asked what I needed, but she was incredibly rude.
