Bought phone on Verizon using Express pickup at this store. Phone was order 7am. Verizon says to pickup before 5pm. This store houses are 11am - 5pm on Sundays. 26 phone calls to them before 3pm to check status. Never an answer, always immediately to voice mail saying they were all busy. Tested it. Called at 530pm. Same message. Never again to this sorry store.

Came to get a plan and the store was close at wednesday 11pm. In the door and website it says that Wednesday they are open. I try called before but it says the mailbox was full. I drove 15min for nothing! ?
