Whoever the front girl is with the bangs and bun, is a very rude disgusting individual. You would think because they play a role in healthcare.
I was standing there waiting for her to finish with a patient & instead of her going “ I’ll be with you in just a second “ in her words “ go behind the sign, I’ll be with you when i’m ready “ JUST DISGUSTING. IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB, LOOK FOR ANOTHER ONE.
I work in healthcare & we would NEVER BE ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO A PT LIKE SHE DID.
Also i always tend to have issues with my medication, they won’t let me know they don’t have my medication in before time, they tell me until I CALL. Let me know atleast so i can try another walgreens.
Glad to say i’m done with this pharmacy & will NEVER BE BACK AGAIN!

Drive through is a joke. The speaker doesn't work good. You can't hear what they're saying. I couldn't use goodRX. Never again will I use them.

Walgreens has lasted to test of time. Over all the years Walgreens great quality has remained the same. 100% recommend!

really ?? why have curbside when your not gonna do it ?? many of my friends work for walgreens (not in tx) and they have to fulfill orders it’s not if you want to , i just got out of the hospital ordered a heating and massage pad online it said in stock and guess what ? they cancelled my order so i went in and checked if it really was in stock , sure enough it was . do better.

Loved Walgreens for years. Tried this store to avoid traffic. My prescription was filled incomplete. It requires a syringe for each injection. Got four doses and they would only sell me two syringes. I asked if they could sell me the four since thats what my prescription calls for. She said I can't sell you ten and not have any for other customers. I mentioned I never said I wanted ten but the four needed for my prescription. She very rudely told me to go back in two weeks to buy the remaining needles. They expect me to make a trip for .75 cents. Told her that other walgreens sell me all four and she said for me to go there and buy the syringes then. Very bad customer service and rude. Don't be a pharmacist for the salary if you are going to be an unhappy person. Don't use this pharmacy try the other ones!!!
