If you want to have a bad experience, go to the pharmacy at this Walgreens, the lady who attended seems to bring the problems from her home to this place. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IF YOU DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH, YOU DON'T EVEN THINK TO GO.

Can we do ZERO stars? This place is a joke. I pulled up to get my prescription at 6:30, two cars in front of me, moved up at 6:40 and waited for 20 minutes to move again! With a car in front of me I noticed that the closed sign was up. The lady in front of me kept pushing the button and kept trying to get their attention, nothing. I pull around and talked to the manager (who was nice) and explained what happened, we go back to the pharmacy and I hear him trying to ask the people in the back why they didn’t attend to the waiting cars, the lady in the back yells at him and tells him there was no one else in the drive thru. Such liars! I understand business have hours for a reason, but they took longer to attend the last customer so they didn’t have to attend the ones that were already waiting in line.

I would like to know what your drive-thru policy is. I was in line at 6:46, there were 4 cars in front of me. All of those customers got their meds, I pulled to the window at 7, to find the sign in front of window, and being ignored by pharmacist and techs. If I was in line before closing should I not of been served also??? How would you feel if you ordered food in a drive-thru and got to window and they closed not giving you your order?? The problem is you box stores and chain stores forget customers pay your SALARY!! You care about profit, not people and it is a real shame.

I am going to give them 5 stars just because i believe they changed personal. I had 2 trips there and it was faster and kind... I do appreciate a fast service when I'm in need of the meds for my sick kiddos ?.Thank you because before was awful ?

This place is a joke. Don't expect for them to keep their testing appointments. How do you take appointments for days you're not open. Then you send a confirmation for the appointment the day of and you're closed!!! The level of incompetence is absolutely ridiculous!

Blonde lady with the fluffy curly hair is one of the rudest people I have EVER dealt with! We have used Walgreens for 5 years and because of her rudeness we are switching pharmacies completely!!!

The staff is so rude and slow!!! 35 minutes in the drive through lane! And once I get to the window I had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to show up

First time using Walgreens pharmacy. Technician comes to the drive thru window and tells me he will be with me in a little bit. That was 15 minutes ago and there's literally no one in line inside or out. Prolly last time I deal deal with them

I dropped my prescription off earlier in the day, the lady told me it would be ready no later than 2:45pm. I waited patiently for a text and I called about 4:15pm to see the status. The lady on the phone was very rude and basically rushed me off. I finally get a text at 5:54pm to go get my medicine, which I needed for my wisdom tooth. I tried to call them, no answer. I decided to go up there and just ask the lady a question by using the call button. She ignore me and proceed to point to the sign. All I wanted to know is, why would they send me a text knowing they closed at 6pm. So now I have to wait until Monday just to get my prescription. It’s ridiculous! They need to work on their customer service skills & communication!!
