Apparently they need a prescription for a replacement hose for a nebulizer. Most pharmacies do not. So if you have an old one or broken one don’t go to here.

I really don't understand how the pharmacy here even functions. I realize west texas is not known for hospitality, but even a sliver of customer service would have been nice instead of an attitude right off the bat at 10am. They miscount meds, nothing is in stock and has to be shipped, and they told me today they may take several days to prepare Rx from the shipment. All after I got a text saying my medication was ready. At this point, you might as well go to CVS.

Positives about this store are it's open 24 hrs. When you need cold medicine they have everything you're looking for. Make up aisle is great and the team seems really nice. Now the negatives. The pharmacy either needs a revamp or they need to hire more ppl. Maybe assigning a pharmacist to do transfers. Maybe a clerk to call customers if insurance doesn't cover something or medicine is out of stock. Customer service is terrible at this pharmacy. Wait times are extremely long it shouldn't take a day and half to get an asthma medicine and then told they no longer take my insurance after my 3rd visit to the store. I understand they're a busy store but something has to change. I moved my family's medicine out of this pharmacy and moved to Sunflower RX where they are outstanding and actually care about the customers.

Rudest incompetent Walgreens staff I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been getting the same prescriptions from Walgreens for six years and this one messes them up every time. There are ladies answering the phone who will lie and say your prescription will be in tomorrow when they didn’t even order it lol. The employees in there absolutely hate their jobs and it makes them impossible to deal with. They don’t appreciate their customers at all. Run from this one..

I needed insulin syringes and they refused to sell them to me unless i gave them alot of personal information like why i needed them and what insulin i was using and alot of invasive questions. Loranda the pharmacist manager was not private about this info she was talking very loud and very unprofessional. They wont sell you something unless they think you need it.

Honestly this is one of the better locations I have been to! These 2 lovely ladies, Katie and Taeden were able to assist me with my huge shopping spree. So I’ll be looking forward to seeing these 2 ladies again.

Honestly it’s no surprise to just add to the list of bad reviews. One of the pharmacists told me that my prescription would be filled and ready by 1 pm. I took an uber to this location and waited behind three cars almost 15 mins just to be told they didn’t know if it would be mins or hours for my prescription to be ready that my insurance didn’t provide them a price for the script or co-pay which is all weird never heard of it honestly both odessa locations are awful I encountered a rude worker as well. After asking for a manager the lady says you probably talked to customer service or we probably told you it would be ready sometime today because we didn’t anticipate your insurance not providing a price. Wish I could be compensated for my treatment today.?
