During my visit, I opted for the self-checkout and was uncomfortable due to the excessive heat in the section, intensified by the 102° temperature outside. Following 15 minutes of checking out I began experiencing headaches. I empathize with staff members who must tolerate these conditions throughout their shift. Please address the air conditioning problem.

Crowded all the time...prices are higher in the Permian Basin. Long self check out lines...no others available. Never have stuff in stock. When is Walmart going to learn people don't want to wait 3 days for you to ship something

I want to file a direct complaint against Mrs. Lazara from the beauty department, who apparently is in charge of that area. I asked her for help opening a lock to get the product I needed and the lady being lazy told me I had to go to customer service when she knows perfectly well that she has the keys. When I asked for help from another person, they called her on the phone to open it and I realized that she was the one who had to open it, but not satisfied with that when she saw me waiting she freaked out and left again, she had to ask for help again and even the third time she did her job. I wasted 15 minutes just because the lady didn't feel like doing her job and she was the one in charge...

I am tired of being treated like a criminal by the lady checking items in the basket on the side with food. I forgot to scan diapers ONCE Several months ago. I wasn't aware I had forgot to scan them. I stopped for her to check and she said I didn't scan them.
I went back and paid for them. Not a big deal. She has been thoroughly checking my basket each time now. Stop treating your customers like criminals!! Maybe take away self-checkout or pay me to do it. :) She should 100% be fired. Not to mention she passes everyone else without checking them first! But not me?! Crazy. Do better.
