I came in at 10:08, with a scheduled appointment, so I didn't have to wait in a crazy line. I got there and nobody talked to me until it was about 10:20. I asked if it was the right place to go to for a scheduled appointment, the lady working didn't even look at me, and I stood there waiting for a reply. She was annoyed and told me after standing for a while, that I had a 10-minute mark, and nobody could see me because It was 10:20....Even though I had got there before the 10-minute mark and one woman was not helping anyone. I went there to start an account, and I was done at that point and just said okay and walked out.service was slow and acted annoyed at me for asking a question.I will not go again and I will make an account elsewhere.I do not recommend at all.

Service manager only looking at his teller when there are 20 people in line.. no wow factor, no stage director, no service to customers.Sont understand how the managers for this small branch isnt fired!!!Pack a lunch if ur going tonmake a deposit here bc ur going to be hwre for a long long time

Scandalous and very unprofessional, they closed my husband's account and couldn't tell him why, he is now not getting his check for this week because of wells Fargo closing his account without his knowledge or even telling him why, he didn't have no overdrafts or anything like that. He gets his check direct deposited in his account every week so I'm not sure what their problem is. Not only that the supervisor he spoke to told him to just reopen another one and link it to his that way he doesn't have to re-enter his password or anything well guess what they denied him 3 different times and when he called to let them know they said oh you will get a notice in the mail. THANK GOODNESS I WAS ABLE TO GET HIM AN ACCOUNT AT CHASE WITH ME!!!!!! THEY GAVE HIM THEIR BEST ONE, SO WHY COULDN'T WELLS FARGO APPROVE HIM????? YEAH EXACTLY, DO NOT EVER USE WELLS FARGO FOR YOUR BANKING NEEDS THEY ARE SO HORRIBLE AND WILL LEAVE YOU STRUGGLING!!!!!! LISTEN TO ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY ARE REAL!!!!!! GOING THROUGH IT NOW!!!!!!

When I got there, there was no line. I went in to make a transaction. Romero helped me. He made jokes and made an effort to getting to know my name and how to pronounce it, which I appreciate.

Long waiting time, about 12 people waiting in line and there’s only 2 tellers. Took 40 mins to get in touch with the teller.

The wait time is kind of bad, wait time was around 30-40 mins. The teller Karla was extremely helpful, fast, gave me different options for my specific case, answered all of my questions, and was very friendly. That made all the difference in the experience.

I’m reading ALL of these reviews and they are ALL negative with the exact same response “I’m sorry this” or “im sorry that”, I’ve been inside this bank 6-8 times over the past 3 years and nothing changes, not even your response to the complaints.... this is west Texas oilfield country... everyone is building new facilities to accommodate the growth and demand.... get with the program.... what are you spending our money on? It’s sure not payroll for extra tellers, it’s sure not new facilities to accommodate the growing demand.... wait, I bet it’s more PTO, or a new company yacht!! There’s no excuse for this other than GREED!!! Absolute amateur hour at its finest!! First you embezzle money from all of us... now you just refuse to provide a half way decent customer service!! Just pathetic!!
