I would not recommend using this institution for IRA funds/retirement. My father passed a few months ago. My mother was listed on their funds as beneficiary. One would think access to retirement funds would pass to beneficiary immediately upon providing a death certificate? However, the credit union is still refusing access to their funds. Each call to them is yet another request for added documentation. And yes, u must call them for follow up. They are not proactive in serving a member's spouse (of 65 yrs). Please use a more professional fiduciary if you require immediate access to your funds during retirement.

I need to talk to a person at bank I had problem so I call got mgr name Lori told me go down there so I did. I got there first thing came out here mouth was I got go get my grandson now I only have five minutes. very rude. then I try to explain the solutions didn't even care she thinks she was right and was hurry to go mgr has responsibility to bank she need to leave and it was business time that only tells me what kinda mgr leaves her place of business to middle to get her kid and made me go there for nothing she didn't understand nothing she wanted her her way she wasn't polite n she was rude n for a mgr if I was the boss I would fired her but here this bank they don't care about you all they want money to them and they can't take responsibility for there actions I am changing banks my little girl can do better job then that Lori she is rude and no customer serve how can bank survive keeping people of that natural working but I went I went out nobody was in the parking area and inside the bank had no body that's problemly why. ceo talk to them always a excuse. now days it's about money n lies every personlives being lying. no honest people no more pass the buck around nobody can't be man enough or woman enough to stand up the truth. all banks in Odessa are terrible. all there employees and there mgr should be fired. west texas credit unions they need be replaced
