Horrible service- excellent credit 0 debt to income and these people went out of their way not to help me with a loan- absolutely unprofessional- do not recommend this place to anyone- tried an entire day and a half to process a loan that should have taken an hour- very unpleasant experience- no priority on customer- location B 2nd attempt- why don’t you just use your own bank- I tell you these people are out of hand- I’m sure there no leadership here-

We have been going here to this bank for over 30 yrs! Best bank there is and the people who work here are so very good at their job. We wouldn't switch over to another bank for nothing. Give them 10 ?'s if I could! Thank you, Bill and LaDona Purser

Now West Texas Credit union. Was moving my savings to another bank. They said that their money order machine wasn't working so I had to take $13, 800 cash. Then later when I counted the money, I found that they shorted me $200. When I finally had a chance to count it, I called. They said they researched and didn't find the money. I couldn't prove it, so I was robbed $200. Once they sent me my truck title on accident then called and asked me to bring the title back. I tried to use them once for checking and I went out of town and the debit card wouldn't work. They were unapologetic and said, "yeah, we were having difficulties" When my vehicle is paid off, I will never deal with them again!

Attended the ribbon cutting in May 2021, beautiful new facility. They have friendly staff with competitive auto rates and house their management here. The color scheme they chose is very inviting and don’t forget to look up at the beautiful chandelier near the entrance.
